    To have someone actually point out the advantages AND disadvantages of the vehicle. One thing I thought about was the offer of a 'free' loan car which you mentioned. My experienced is that the loan may be free but all brands I have had where a loan car is offered, you sign a contract showing you are responsible for collision damage even if not your fault.

    Jams on the brakes when I back out of our driveway when I disable it comes back. lane centring gets lost when the lines disappear it's hard to drive a computer. When I swerve to avoid a pothole it tells me I need a cup of tea. The only reason we have it's for the caravan we bought the sport as we can drive in 4wd on hard surfaces when road conditions require it.

    Bad enough about the wait times, now Ford have recalled almost 5,000 of these (only bi-turbo models) due to a malware issue affecting the brakes...So bad, it could potentially kill you, and that was Ford speak. Don't reckon the salespeople will mention that in their sales pitch to you..

    • @nathannaderi8633
      @nathannaderi8633 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The recall had absolutely nothing to do with brakes, you just made that up. It was a software issue. And if you want to buy a vehicle that hasn’t been recalled, get a bicycle.

    I read your articles and followed your journey through the series. I find that this car is NOT suited for you - but perhaps a Sorento, CX9, Kluger or the likes would be better suited for yourself.
    Bare in mind - fuel economy readings generally take up to 30,000km ish to bed in and this provide a more accurate reading.

    He's touched on something which has frustrated me. America knows the people want big comfortable highway devouring SUVs but Australia seems to want to make them all from off roader bases. Take all of that kit off, reduce the price and make a comfortable on-roader SUV please. I want a road tripper not a mountain climber.

One of the 2 USB outlets in the front, the 220V ac outlet, the gas struts lifting the bonnet, just to mention a few - all stupid decisions Ford you cheapskate. A manual centre differential lock is also a must for any real 4X4, no excuses.
