I just saw one in person a few hours ago. I was curious to see how it looked... and honestly, I really like it. In person, it is way better looking than expected. I think that the rear works better with the darker taillights on the other trims. It blends way better.
We just bought the calligraphy, they just started showing up in KY. We have to buy 2 three-row SUVs and the price point with the features made it an easy option. $50,000 with all the features and options was an easy decision. Looking at the TX 500h f sport or the grand highlander platinum hybrid max as the other vehicle. Considered a telluride over the Santa Fe calligraphy but the Santa Fe got our money. Coming from a Durango owner its interior is premium. We wanted another Durango but we haven’t had anything but trouble out of it and our RAM.

Thank you Joe for another amazing review. Today I finally saw the 24 Santa Fe in person. I agree 100% with you. That rear throws things off. good review, thanks. Retired couple. I have a 20 Santa Fe which I love and would like to move up to a newer ride. Things that are keeping me from this trim level is I don't want or need a third row. My storage now is amazing and I hate to give that up. The other is the Heads up Display which should be mandatory for all cars, because it shares so much information and keeps the driver focused on the road. I also can't get definitive information on which trim levels have the park assist, lane keeper and adaptive stop and go cruise control. I don't want to go into a dealer because ... well we all know what happens when you walk in, lol. Keep up the good work, you help a lot of people stay informed.
Hey Joe, great review. My son (who is 6'5") and I checked out the Palisade and Santa Fe side by side at our local auto show. Except for the third row legroom, we thought the Santa Fe with its boxy design felt roomier inside than the Palisade. As long as reliability doesn't become a concern, I think Hyundai has a winner here.
Did you watch car confections video on the 2024 sante fe? They purchased it to make content on it over time and the transmission started acting weird 30 plus miles into their drive home. They took it back to the dealer and they determined it needed a new transmission.
As usual you provide great reviews and entertainment with your videos! Thanks again for another Hyundai Santa Fe review with another trim level. We’re seriously still considering this even though we had a bad experience with the 2016 Tucson Limited DCT, hoping Hyundai has improved and fixed the issues! We saw Car Confections transmission issue with their newly purchased Santa Fe and keeping an eye on their updates as well. Bulges, alien key, Aunt Edna.. 😂

Sorry, Joe, I’ll have to zonk you. The Limited trim has just one connected wireless charging pad, not two. The Calligraphy trim has two live pads. Also, that top passenger dash storage bin comes with a UV sanitizer feature on the Limited and Calligraphy trims. No doubt it would easily sanitize a package of Twinkies in just 10 minutes.
Yup, glad you pointed out the roofline drop, saw it in previous videos and it really isn't appealing to me either. And also the tailgate itself looks like a minivan and not in a good way.
I have seen a few of these in person and generally like them. Black is definitely not a flattering color for this vehicle, but any other color looks great. Getting the model with the blacked out badging is also imperative for this particular SUV.
I am Valet driver and never knew the key fob has the Hyundai "H" lol I always thought it looked funky but when you look at it horizontally not vertrically to view the H it makes total sense so I like it more than the Honda key fob.
