It's an ES44AC that has added weight to it, UP and CSXT both are getting (Or have received) large numbers of them. The added weight is for improved traction, and on UP the easiest way to tell them apart from their ES44AC cousins is by the numbers. If it's 8000+, it's an -AH.

Yeah. Sad to see them go. Only a few left on the East side of the pass and then that's it. No more searchlights.
