Those look delicious. Thank you for sharing it with us. Our First Illinois Firearms Season opens this Friday. Hopefully my Wife and I get some more meat for the freezer. The Big Buck I got 11-5 all went to Burger except for the Backstraps.
I've been binging the bearded butchers lately, love the content, I go to the store and look at all the meats differently now lol, love you guys, I'm in ky I gotta make my way to Ohio and make a stop at white feather meats ❤❤
I love the spices they are amazing. I have made venison bacon twice and i have people beating my door down for more..... you guys are complete scientist just like me!!!!!
Yum! I grind my lean elk trimmings 50/50 with a 70/30 grind of burger. Let's call that base. I then take that base and mix it 4 parts base to 1 part of ground bacon. That becomes my bacon burger mix. I take that mix and grill it as a burger patty. I then take that burger patty and add some sauteed mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese and put it between a bun. I call it a Swiss piggy.
Thank you guys so much for sharing this video and it's always a pleasure watching and learning 🎉❤!and I can only imagine how it taste!!! And may you and your family continue to be Blessed ❤❤🎉!
Well done. I would like to see a video with info about the cures. When, why, what to use and when. Also how long it keeps for. Thanks you guys are doing great and doing it clean or family friendly.
Bless you ! Such a joy to see you making tasty magic! If only a monitors could relay the smell I wish :) Those wursts and burgers look like made in heaven ! I think you need a small restaurant attatched on the side of the shop at some point for all us meat lovers visiting you at some point .... :)
Hey guys U ROCK the meat eating world ( REALY ), I'm proud the say down here in southeast Louisiana we finally have your seasonings in our local academy store, bought the Hollywood and the butter blend. Will be using the Hollywood on my spatchcock turkey for thanksgiving. Looking forward to all your vids, keepem coming. thanks Guys PS I love making my deer sausage with your blends.
You guys are so funny with each other’s interactions (light hearted ribbing). That looks so yummy…especially since I ate last night (15 hours ago) when I had reversed sear ribeye. Wish I lived in the states. You guys seem to have it all. If only there was a team with healthy ingredient meat based products here in Australia 🇦🇺
I seen that z-linker I wanted one then I seen the price seems like when it comes to butchering products they jack the prices up most butcher shops around here charge $1 per pound of hanging wieght to butcher I don’t see how you guys make it lol y’all are true masters of it that’s for sure
Butcher Nation, I am looking forward to end of Aug to clear out my freezer and try this on wild turkey and deer. I wonder if you would consider doing a black bear hunt and then the table diagram of a black bear???
Are those "Grill Grates" that you have in your smoker? - I love them on my gas grill. Great cook - waiting for my son-in-law to drop some venison off at my doorstep! - Cheers! I guess you would make "hot dogs" with the dog? - lol
I have you 32mm fresh collagen case from you guys to make some fresh sausage, do you suggest that I twist the links, or can I cut them to the size wanted for each link? so each end will have a little of the meat exposed? first time using fresh collagen case, just want advice
@@DareDog. So happy to hear that. I used to work in a butcher shop years ago and these videos bring back many good memories. Very informative and fun. I need to make a pilgrimage to Whitefeather Meats some day.
I’m chasing a manual meat grinder and unfortunately you don’t stock one. Plenty electric versions, but I’m after hand operation. I trust your opinion as you would know what is quality. Would you consider stocking one in your online store please? Cheers. By the way, I’m just starting to get into the idea of making my own mince, sausages etc because I will know what goes in it, rather than shop bought flour/etc fillers which are grain based (unhealthy carb), plus these just prior to harvest are sprayed with roundup (glyphosate plus other unknown chemicals) which we ingest…not a very intelligent species are we? What other species grows their own food, then creates harm to themselves by consuming it?? Anyway, I’ll get off my high horse now, LOL! Have a great day team ❤
Butcher nation! Does it again!
Another day another dollar from the butchers
Butcher Nation!!!!!!! I cant wait to finally make my first sausages!!!
I like that you have a standard. If a restaurant can make a decent burger, they can make a filet
There's no way I could ever hang out with y'all. Lol. I'd be 300 pounds in no time. That looks awesome
Mushrooms and Swiss cheese one of the best combos 😊
Oh yes!
