Your this video is phenomenal Mohit sir. Clears the concept what tool to use in each phase of DMAIC. Would you be able to add another video to emphasize on all the available tools in each stage, which ones are most valuable to use etc.(I.e. Kanban etc). Also similar video for Lean would be extremely beneficial. Thank you for adding great informative videos

Hello Sir, I have a process for which the current NPS level is 55% and the goal is 75%. How do I statistically pick a target which is achievable.
You should pick up 75% as a target. That is what business is asking you to do. So no rationale when Customer or business asked you something.
@@mohitsharma34 but I would like to achieve that in multiple phases, is there any way that I can rationally explain like why and how I have phased it out
