Would love to see you do a burrows and badgers series. Minis, terrain etc. really enjoy your work and videos. Have fun.

So many people talk about that game that I may just get tempted. I do have some Burrows and Badgers terrain from Sarissa to make up but it is still in my Mountain of Opportunity but just maybe I'll jump over.
Thanks so much for your comment as well - it's so awesome to receive such encouragement :)

Thanks for watching! I fully agree, I really wish I could find time to play this but just haven't been able to yet; maybe some time when Rosie (my daughter) is a bit older and can also join in :) cheers :)

Ahh thanks mate, they aren't quite as awesome as your nurgles but still much more colourful than my usual paint jobs huh :) cheers :)

Brilliant job on those figures, they looked fun to paint. Must be nice using more colours, Bolt Action/WWII is some what limiting on colour selection😉

      Thanks mate!
Yeah for sure, it was really fun going a little wild as up until then I'd mainly done Middle-earth which, while fantasy, is not High Fantasy so is also quite a muted palette.
Maybe I'll tempt you over to the Moonstone World huh, even if only for the painting fun ;)
      Cheers :)

Lovely work on these figures. I suppose the question is what habe your learnes since then to apply to the new batch. (I dont expect an answer, just something to think on I guess)

Thank you mate. I was, funnily enough, thinking about this last night a bit. I've got magnifying glasses and I always forget about them. I think I used them a bit in these minis but I haven't for ages. I think the most important thing for me for minis with this many fine details is "use my glasses!" as it really helps with delicate application of tiny amounts of paint.
Thanks so much for the comment :)

No I don't go on there any more; it became hugely toxic and unpleasant so I left.

The minis are stunning. You chose some great colors, it feels like it's the right color scheme for each mini. Well played Beard.
But now I'm wondering why you have so much of Geek Gaming stuff. What are those mysterious reasons ???

Ahh thank you so much mate :) that's really cool to read, I'm also very happy with how they turned out :)

    Nice.
Did you wash the resin ?
It looks like you do not under-coat, right ?

    • @BeardClipper
      @BeardClipper  ปีที่แล้ว +1

Thanks mate :) Yes I wash every model I paint, I use washing up liquid and an old tooth brush :) I prime using Vallejo grey primer so it isn't that obvious that I've done it :)
      Cheers
