Drove this track quite a few times back in the 90s when I worked for Striker Resources. I imagine you would have gone past where we used to pump water from Beta Creek and the airstrip at the base of the escarpment once you crossed over the Berkeley River. The track was more used back then with Oombulgurri open. You can still see the old Ashmore and Seppelt workings on Google Earth. We used to drive up as far up the King George River we could get then walk into the falls quite often as well. This vid brings back a lot of memories.
I truly appreciate watching you blokes do this trip. It shows how beautiful but difficult our country is. I would love to do this trip one day. Cheers lads.
I found your channel last month from the flooded caravan video and loving them. I'm not even a 4x4 / offlroading person but it just has that top gear energy from everyone and they keep me engaged the entire hour long. Excited to watch all your stuff 💪

Awesome video as always Graham and Shauno. The Kimberley is such an 4WDrivers paradise it’s an epic adventure from start to finish. Can’t wait for the next adventure. Thanks for letting us ride along with y’all on y’all’s adventures.
Great job boys, only have had my license for 7 months at 17 years of age and got me first car, a 2001 turbo diesel Pajero. Have gone on a couple camping trips. You guys inspire me so much that one day I can make a trip like this happen with an even better rig and some mates. Keep up the good work guys the videos mean so much more than you could ever even imagine!!!
Many thanks for showing the trip and these three episodes. I think the first show of yours I watched was this trip last year and you've upped the game and the team, camera work, sound and overall content has got better and better. Across the US in those recent trips and across all of Australia I've really enjoyed watching all these shows. These trips are great but I also appreciate the hard tracks with Jessie and Liam and also the van towing with Steph and Harvey. Well done all and all the best!
Awesome adventure. Loved it as much as the last time I saw you guys do it. The only thing missing from this trip was Ronnie, despite his small cameo at the start. A trip on his country deserves his perspective...and his humour!!!!!

This is my favourite series out of everything you’ve done. Great trip, great presenters, but gotta also give credit to the camera crew and editors… the way they told this story was a big part of what made it so good.
The DMAX is the stand out vehicle here. IFS is always bashed as being inferior to live axle vehicles, but the DMAX was arguably the most reliable vehicle in the convoy for this trip, except for the power steering which isn't a show stopper. I recon if it was fitted with 33" MT tyres and a better front bar it would have been just as capable as the rest to.
Watching that dmax had inspired me to try some harder tracks in my nissan xterra. Same lockers, one in the back and then IFS but a much shorter wheelbase
@@mikef9044 I have a 15 pro 4x manual, I love going out with the jeeps. Only mods I've made are rock sliders, diff breather relocation, and a better front recovery point.
I've had to do a similar repair to my old Hilux radiator. That repair was still holding after two years and was still there when I traded it in on my Colorado. I still carry similar putty everywhere! One thing that sold me on choosing the Colorado was the fact that the alternator is mounted up high on the motor, well away from water or mud!
This trip was amazing and very couragous. Million salutes to you all from Pakistan. Stay safe. I always love watching your videos. Cheers, and God bless you all 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
4 hours after uploading this excellent final part you've had near 53.000 views, and only 3200 viewers thought to like the vid before they left. Bloody sad in my opinion. Myself, I've found this one of your most entertaining trips. Not as great a vista as some of your other trips, but the slog, the fixes, and the feeds you all had were brilliant.... In the words of the crusty old snowy-bearded dragon with you, SENSATIONAL!😍👍🍺

Hay guys another great show throughly enjoyed it, but if I can recommend one thing you should always take is a can of body bog, on the farm I used to hole the radiator of the tractor working in the scrub all the time, and some of the holes you could put your thumb through. I would clean up the area similar to what you guys did and then mix up the bog and jam it in, through and over the damaged area and it would not take long to set up. I would normally wait over night for full cure, never had a failure even under pressure and some of our radiators had up to five large repairs. There is also enough bog in the can to do a couple of decent repairs.
A trail fix I learned when I was younger is to carry a shaker of black pepper for radiator leaks. This one was big, but it probably would help anyway. The black pepper will be attracted to the "exit" and will help seal the area until a proper fix can be done.
Absolutely amazing...got to be the best trip I've seen you guys do. With all the things that went wrong and you guys just kept pushing through. WELL DONE BOYS!
Another great adventure! Wish I was there Something you didn't cover is why the cars were so floaty and affected by the current whilst crossing the Drysdale, and that is your empty fuel tanks. Quite often overlooked and no one thinks much of it: Your near empty fuel tanks are still full of something, and that's air. Your empty fuel tank is now a big floaty boy and is often the cause of cars losing traction, and getting into trouble. Always consider topping up your fuel tanks, if able, before attempting deeper water crossings. 👍

On the radiator..... In a pinch with a leak pull the t-stat out and cut the rubber off the radiator cap so it doesn't build pressure. Removing the t-stat lowers temp so the water doesn't evaporate as fast. I ran a cracked block this way for several months until I could replace the engine. Reminds me of the time up the Cape when we drove into an area surrounded by bushfire, turned around and drove back along the track to an area which had already been burnt, figuring the fire was unlikely to burn the same area twice. The traditional cool burning might clear the undergrowth, but it can also make travel tricky - and fun.

Great work guys
That’s always an epic trip that one and there hasn’t been a trip when one or more of these trucks have developed some sort of carnage. I bet graham after all that driving with no power steering now looks like Popeye. Well done boys on another successful trip through there especially being the first ones to do it. I can’t wait til you guys do it again 😎🤙🥃 cheers lads
The missus just broke up with me and I come home to find this is uploaded, definitely eases the pain a little I must say or atleast takes the mind off things, cheers legends
I’ll see you in the gym brother
Hope you will be okay and maybe even happier later on 🤎
Reminds me of the time up the Cape when we drove into an area surrounded by bushfire, turned around and drove back along the track to an area which had already been burnt, figuring the fire was unlikely to burn the same area twice.
The traditional cool burning might clear the undergrowth, but it can also make travel tricky - and fun.
