It might. It's a shelf queen so she just has to look pretty these days.

Cute little saw. Will make a good wall hanger not a firewood saw.

I recently bought one of these, it started okay but was really grimy and dirty and was not running super clean. I figured I'd take it all apart and clean it. I think in all of that, pulling it apart and degreasing it and cleaning other parts with soap and water the ignition coil got soaking wet or something cause now it won't spark at all. Is the coil getting wet something that will kill the part entirely or will it still work okay after that? I'm a complete noob when it comes to this kind of stuff. Did some basic small engine repair in highschool but nothing major since then.

Under the flywheel are the points and if they get wet, you won't get spark. Also water can short things out so things will have to dry out.

@@mistermacgray Alright but the coil getting soaked won't make it unusable in itself?
Thanks for your help and for the quick response 🙏

@@NoTengoIdeaGuey you can bake the coil in an oven at 200 for 15 minutes middle rack to help it dry and get moisture out. Regardless the coil. 010-.012 inches from the flywheel. I have a few other videos on these little saws you should check out and I show how to rebuild the carb and shows me taking the coil and carb and other things. Be careful of the fuel line as they are unique to these saws and hard to find.

@@mistermacgrayI've watched a couple of them so far. The fuel line is still pretty good on this one, i actually had a hard time getting it out the first time the suction was that good so i think it's okay.

Did you get back in the carb? I'm working on one of these now

I had the needle lever up too high and it was causing the needle to stay open causing it to flood. It just sits on the shelf now in my house, too clean to run daily.

Great video I'm doing the same right now I noticed that you only used one intake gasket and two are supplied I have two as well I'm not sure if I should use both

I dont remember much in this video but I think there is a spacer between the carb and engine and that is where the two gaskets are used. I don't think I removed the spacer so I didn't need to use the second one.
