@razark9 strange that you would bother with videos from answers in Genesis if your only purpose is to troll people. If you truly prescribe to a materialistic, evolutionary mindset, why bother arguing the point? If everything is random, your thought process is no more ordered than anything else and is simply the result of chance. I pray that God would use these videos to save you as you watch them to indulge your sinful desire to insult people.

@razark9 I'm not sure why, but I don't see this comment directly, so I may not see future replies either. That being the case, I'll try not to ask questions that demand an answer.
I bring up the evolutionary mindset because that is the general cause of this debate. Neither the big bang nor evolution over millions of years have been proven. They are theories.
Science is the systematic study of repeatable, observable phenomena. We cannot study the origin of the universe fromm a purely scientific standpoint. All we can do is look at what we understand and extrapolate it backwards, which is likely to lead to some misunderstandings regardless. However, you can't do any of this without making some assumptions. A good scientist makes an assumption (hypothesis), tests it against the facts, and either validates or reconsiders it.
Evolutionary scientists approach origins from an assumption that there is no God.
Creationist scientists approach origins from an assumption that there is a God.
It doesn't take a lot of study to find where evolutionary thinkers' assumptions fail, but they refuse to consider the possibility of God. It also doesn't take a lot of study to find scientific discoveries that confirm the Bible.
At the end of the day, I can't convince you to take a "scientific" approach to the facts, but hopefully you will.
God loves you and has good things ready for you if you will only come to Him.

Over a decade ago, I retired early, and decided some of my free time I would look into the evidence for evolution. I was never happy with its concept, so my mission was to find out the possibility of any truth. I saw many debates online, many concepts, arguments for and against both evolution and creation. Some of the protagonists from both sides seemed well-versed, some very knowledgeable, the bible, microbiology and philosophy were all subjects regularly discussed.
Eventually the debates subsided. None of the evolution protagonists could answer the question of how random mutation and natural selectioncould produce a DNA strand that contains the sophisticated information and language we can now detect. I think it also helped that the world's leading geneticist declared that amid 60 million life systems his company had looked at, just a handful had some sort of distant relatedness. The flagella broke down because it was constantly being stirred. All it shows you is the degradation of the generations winding down like the universe is winding down.

“Macroevolution” is used to describe the large-scale changes believed to be able to turn a blob of protoplasm into a person. By contrast, “microevolution” is intended to describe the small-scale changes in populations, such as those exhibited by Darwin’s finches-the finch populations change beak sizes regularly in response to environmental pressures. However, they remain finches. No new traits or major changes take place.
Since the term evolution is so strongly associated with the particles-to-people myth, we tend to use the word speciation to explain adaptation and variation within the created kinds, such as that exhibited by the finches.Because the small-scale changes generally lead to a loss of genetic information rather than a gain of new information needed to create new traits like arms and eyes, microevolution can never lead to macroevolution. I think there's a question raised in this video that any Christian who believes in evolution must address, if God used evolution that has death as a natural component of it's process, then how can the Bible claim that death came through one man, Adam, as the consequence for sin? It cannot. Just as they must interpret the first several chapters of Genesis as allegorical, these passages must likewise be interpreted as metaphor despite being written as literal theological discourses. And any passage that states that God cannot lie and has no shifting shadow must equally be disregarded as God outright lied about the means of creation, Christ lied when He states God made the world in 7 days. And in the end you're left with a Bible that you sit in judgement over accepting the parts that fit in with what you want to do, and rejecting anything you don't like as "a metaphor" or as "only relevant to that one church or period of time". Or in other words they have the form of godliness, but deny its power and should be avoided as the false teachers they are.

This is the problem with just saying "believe in evolution," as I've noticed two starkly different camps that hide between this monolithic word evolution. Camp A, the more conservative and intellectually responsible definition of evolution, says that it simply describes how creatures (that already exist) increase in biodiversity over time. The end. Camp B says that it describes every bit of development on this planet, from molecules to man (price is right incorrect answer buzzer sound).
It's not hard to reconcile a RESPONSIBLE, conservative definition of evolution theory with Genesis. Here we go:
God created heavens, earth, animals, etc. He gave them the genetic propensity to breed out different traits, reproducing "after their own kind." Man sinned and the curse came. Death entered the world. Natural selection and mutation THEN worked to further diversify animal and plant life.

@@sterlingfallsproductions3930 DNA is like a language or code. The fact that all animals share a similar code shows that same language was used. If the language used works for one, why wouldn't he use it for all? That would like an author using a different language for each book he wrote or a programmer using a different language for each app/program he made. Most people don't do that, most stick to one and use that.
The problem with this idea of similar DNA meaning common ancestor is that there is no way it could happen, because a change in chromosome count can make thing infertile. And how many different chromosome counts exist? How many different ways are those chromosomes arranged? This asserts that enough of a species had the exact same chromosome count change at the exact same time and this would have happened millions of times over. With chromosome counts you can't have a partial chromosome(would be considered a whole) or an odd number (would be infertile), so the process cannot be gradual. The mathematical probability of this is so low it is virtually impossible.
also ken did not say all animals. he said "the tasty animals" where do you get all animals from that?

So you are saying that a person with odd number chromosomes can reproduce? Yeah good luck with that. Plus there have rare cases where a person had chromosomes fuse so he had fewer than anyone else, but he is infertile, because it doesn't match. Plus the rare animals who can reproduce with different chromosomes count create offspring that is infertile.
What you are saying is changes to chromosomes never makes anything infertile? Evidence says you are so wrong, there are people/animals born with infertility due to changes in chromosomes.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful video. I was watching a video awhile back about an evolutionary scientist who had discovered a skeleton which he claimed proved that this land creature had evolved into a whale. Many evolution promoting scientists were so excited! One person who came to see this evolutionary marvel, noticed that the discoverer only had found the front half of a skeleton, and had fabricated the rear half. The skeleton had no fluke, so the man asked the discoverer since you only have half of a skeleton, how do you know this creature was evolving into a whale? The discoverer said, "well I speculated." Is that what science is going to? Speculation?!! Similar to the Scopes Monkey Trial... the tooth of a supposedly ape-man, turned out to be the tooth of a wild pig!!

01:30 why is it like this now? Because there's been an increase in wickedness in society.
Matthew 23:12,13 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.
Jesus is describing to the disciples the harsh reality that awaits them after He leaves (John 16:5-7) and before the end of the age when He returns (Revelation 19:11-15). He has said that they will be hated for their association with Him, that they will be persecuted and killed (Matthew 24:9). Many who seem to follow Jesus will fall away due to that pressure and some will even betray the others. False prophets will rise to teach error and lead many people away from the truth of Jesus (Matthew 24:10-11).
Now Jesus adds that one result of this false teaching will be disorder: a rejection of standards of goodness and morality. Those who follow the distorted vision offered by false prophets will abandon truth. They will rebel against virtue or submitting to God. The ultimate result of that self-serving, self-following lawlessness will be the loss of love. The imagery of love becoming "cold" evokes a corpse: not merely unmoving, but dead and lifeless. As humanity falls further away from the teachings of Christ, it will become less loving.

Don't cosmologists know that when you change the parameters to measure the speed of light that you also change the speed of light? Distance is expanded and time speeds up where there is no matter in our line of sight between galaxies. The fact that we can see or detect light from distant galaxies means that those distant galaxies are actually closer to us than our own Sagittarius A. black hole in the center of our galaxy because we can see redshifted light from galaxies and we CANNOT see the light from within a black hole since the light in a black hole is redshifted out of range of our detection. The light from distant galaxies are redshifted because the galaxies that we are seeing are more massive than ours and the light that we are seeing is from deep within the centers of those massive galaxies. So the light we are seeing is deeply redshifted as it leaves the distant galaxies and only slightly blue-shifted coming into our less massive galaxy where we are not even in the center of our smaller galaxy. So the universe is not expanding into oblivion for no reason. Dark energy is associated with black holes that are absorbing frames of reference of time and space. They are NOT "inflating" for no reason. They are increasing in size from absorbing space time regardless of the amount of matter they absorb. So there are no inflatons and no dark matter particles and superluminal motion is NOT seven times the speed of light. You can't project our measures of time and distance onto the rest of the universe. Please make a note of it ...and the light from distant galaxies is arriving much faster than you realize.

I'm not an expert, but this kinda makes sense. When it comes to starlight in space you either have to assume light has a fixed speed or that it fluctuates depending on where in the universe it is. Evolution has to assume it's a fixed speed, otherwise the whole age of the universe will come into question again.

    • @kaitlynlsari681
      @kaitlynlsari681 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Disagree. How can you increase the speed of light in a vacuum, that throws Einstein's equations right out the window 😂 and everything we've observed about space time confirms Einstein's maths. The laws of physics don't just go out the window because light happens to be traveling between galaxies. Also, your argument assumes all galaxies are red shifted, they aren't. Andromeda is the closest galaxy to us and it's heavily blue shifted because it's moving towards us. Also, what's your evidence for black holes expanding by absorption of space time? Singularitys infinitely compress spacetime in a localised region inside the event horizon, but we've never seen evidence of it affecting spacetime outside the event horizon so no idea where you pulled that rabbit out of. Your argument also says that other galaxys are closer than Sagittarius A, which is our supermassive black hole, inside our galaxy which by extension means all other galaxys are inside ours?! God is infinitely wise, there are answers to the distance and visibility problem if you're a young earth creationist but I honestly don't know what the solution is, but I'm not going to throw physics out the window because I don't have an answer yet.

Einstein doesnt determine the laws of physics. God does. Einstein did his best to observe them. We absolutely can throw his discoveries out, and ought to be open to the idea of doing so. 'Science' is constantly changing. God is not.

Time speeds up asymptotically to a maximum when going away from a massive object like a galaxy.
The speed-up going from interstellar space within our galaxy to far away from any galaxy is tiny. Less than two seconds per day with the below assumptions:
Assuming all the mass of the galaxy is within a 26,000 light year radius sphere (Earth's distance from the galaxy centre), I calculate that the time runs 0.999982 times as fast as in intergalactic space at Earth's distance from the centre:
      √(1−2×6.674E−11×6×10^42÷(299792458^2×26000×9.46×10^15)) = 0.999982
When a clock in intergalactic space has ticked one second, a clock at Earth's distance from the galaxy centre has completed 0.999982 seconds.
      Equation under heading:
      Outside a non-rotating sphere
In the Wikipedia article 'Gravitational time dilation'
The above calculation assumes intergalactic space is infinitely far away from any source of gravity. If we instead go a million light years away from our galaxy centre, the time there runs 0.9999995 as fast as at infinite distance.
      √(1−2×6.674E−11×6×10^42÷(299792458^2×1000000×9.46×10^15)) = 0.9999995.
If we go a billion light years away the time there runs 0.9999999995 as fast as at infinite distance
      √(1−2×6.674E−11×6×10^42÷(299792458^2×1000000000×9.46×10^15)) = 0.9999999995
