記得以前老電視機的木捲門嗎? 現在木捲門只有在北歐家具上比較常見，此視頻是做與櫃體面齊平的捲門工法，所以木料會比較厚。 簡單一點是使用約5mm薄木條直接卡入槽內的作法。

因製作工序複雜造價高昂，台灣已經很少師傅在製作這種門片。此櫃使用60多年老宅拆除的老檜木板，去除油漆讓其木紋重現，並使用與捲門線條搭配的條紋老玻璃，讓新設計家具裡保留台灣老意象，讓曾經陪伴我們一甲子的木材能繼續的伴隨著我們。

對!你木料減榫時候~就想說為了跟櫃子平吧~感謝提供指導影片還有細節上的工具使用~有時候工具擺在眼前~可是卻不知道變通.

木頭人功夫真的相當厲害，以前父親是做木工的，小時候就看父親做家具，當時年紀小沒有學到，但是每天看啊看，也對木工有很大的興趣。
三四年前買了一些木工手工具及手持電動工具，有空就買些木材回家做一些簡單的木作，參考木頭人大師的作品製作，但是有些作品工法實在不是一般人有那種手藝所能做得出來，就找一些簡單的來做。

The handles were lovely and could almost smell the fresh pine wood. So good. Very lovely precision work, wonderful!
May I suggest that you use a waterproof cloth instead of regular cloth. It is stronger and won't break down. You should get a light canvas and make it waterproof yourself. There is a good video on TH-cam. This cloth will last a long time and won't break down. The cloth you used is too fine and not strong enough for long term use. It will break down in short time.
Hi Remy, what exact method would you use for rendering the canvas waterproof ? Also, where do you buy the right type of canvas and will the waterproofing not be bad for glueing it to the wood ?
… also what is a good weight for canvas ?
Don't know if it's wrong or right, but it's simple and it looks like working as expected.

HI~ 仁哥，我們家也有木捲門酒櫃，不過壞掉很久，請問黏貼布料的部分用的是什麼黏著劑呢?之前用白膠都黏不住。
我是用太棒膠，家具在用的黏性強又防水。有時黏不住並不一定是膠的問題，如果你的捲門木條上殘留舊膠，是很難黏住的，要先清乾淨。

可以喔 布跟木頭都是有細孔的材質 黏合效果很好

@@zxcasdqwe1 嗯 不要太薄的布就好。白膠不防水比較不耐用。用太棒二就很夠了。用熨斗時要注意每個木條都要熨到。
