Its big yes, but definitely not the most luxurious in Ghana.
I could just buy this and revamp it to my taste... The location, size of land, security and number of rooms is worth it to me... I don't mind buying this and spending another million or two modernizing it to my taste. I like this....

This is an enormous house, but the space wasn't utilized properly...there's a lot of wasted space in my opinion.

Trassaco has the worst finishing in Ghana. Trassaco estate is the first building effort by Perricone, Villagio Apartments came in later hence finishing was much better. The popularity in trassaco doesn't live up to the hype. Many new developments have much better finishing.

Big House with a Disappointing small KITCHEN in the main House...also no cct Security cameras, the supposed Cinema dont have Sound noise proof Systems, no chairs/no Tv screen, no speaker Systems, the House also dont have ermergency Fire safety automated fire Alarm System, and to add insult to injury the owner is demanding almost 2 million Dollars..what a shame..!!🤔🤔☹☹
Highly disappointing kitchen. And bathrooms, n swimming pool. In fact, there are so many wrong things about this house. The property owner needs to lash his/her architect/developer. They need to do major remodeling if they truly want to sell it at that high price bc it is not practical.
