Navy Grog Ingredients:
.75 oz or 21 ml Lime Juice
.75 oz or 21 ml Grapefruit Juice
.25 oz or 7 ml Demerara Syrup
.25 oz or 7 ml Allspice Dram
1 oz or 30 ml Smith and Cross Rum
1 oz or 30 ml Appleton Estate
1 oz or 30 ml English Harbour
