Cats are lactose intolerant. My mom gave our cats some milk once. Their reaction was...explosive, and of course I stepped in it. Talk about gnarly.
Duck poop is very slippery, which makes it dangerous.

Lizzie i have the hardest part with niches! I feel like my mine is food (specifically Gluten free), travel (although not lately) and lifestyle, w some skincare. I don't think I could eliminate one when I love them so much and It allows me to challenge myself and grow!

So I have a question: Wouldn`t follow accounts that are not entirely similar to yours expose you to more people and make your profile come up on more peoples feed? I didn't really understand that point...thanks for clarifying
Yes, she doesn't really know what she's talking about there. She's correct that you need to follow and integrate yourself into communities around your niche, but the step about not following anyone else outside that niche is foolish. You obviously don't want to follow people or pages that conflict with your brand, but saying things like "you have to unfollow your friends" is untrue because that doesn't impact your own page whatsoever. Not to mention, with any brand or page, you should always start with the people you know, so long as they are actually a good fit for your brand.
I liked the tip about how following like accounts will make you appear in their suggested accounts section! I might have to do some unfollowing. (que insulted friends) haha!

Things I like to add when you want to grow is:
A. Start engaging with people that follow simular accounts like you. Leave some likes and a meaningfull (not a copy past one) comment
B. Work together with people in your niece. Put up some story while doing this.
I have so many questions! I wish I could sit down with someone like you or Chris and just pick your brains. I am in the process of trying to figure out how I should try to sell some of my photos I have on Instagram. So one question I have is should I make my account a business account?
I would definitely make it a business account! Essentially you're going to be branding yourself as a photographer with a particular niche which I'm assuming you'll be making money from so it's a good idea to make that switch now. Not to mention with the business accounts you open up a few new features that personal accounts dont have access to, the big one being analytics 🤘🏼

let us look at your pics for longer! I love these photography channels where we can all look at yours pictures (edited) after you (the youtuber) goes on this 'hero's' journey of looking for the picture you are going to post. Hayden Pedersen does this, that is why he is one of my favourite.

Hi Lizzie! Great video as always! I'm a Norwegian film maker and photographer, and I'm so lucky that I got to go around the world to do photography. I started my IG account for three years ago, and I started with iPhone pictures of my daily life. After starting on TH-cam as well, you, Chris, Peter and Matti have all inspired me, and my IG account has reached new levels! (My TH-cam is slow). My pictures are now getting shared by bigger sites, and one of my recent pictures from one of my travels got hundred of thousands of likes on bigger sites, but I didn't get them my self. What do you think? Should I start a new IG-profile only for my photography and keep my old as my own private? Is it okay to upload my old pics on a new profile, or will that be disturbing for my old and new followers? (Wow, this became a long post!)

I actually just recently launched my new, fresh, professional Instagram account, and I'm doing exactly everything you talked about! (Except stepping in poo) Glad to know I'm on the right track! @limitedspectrum is where you can check it out. Only have 6 photos posted, but I'll be ramping up pretty quick now!
