    After two weeks in the hospital (and starting chemo) left me weak and fatigued. I've regained some strength but still struggle with stairs. I cant wait to incorporate these movements to my morning routine. Thank you!

      Same here, after almost a year of my accident, still struggling to use the stairs.

    I have RA in my knees would this help me walk up the stairs at the moments l go up one step at a time...

    Been a year from broken tibia accident
