If I would be able to buy a superstock, I definetely wouldn't have my sights set on the driven one already. If I buy it, I want to be the first one who drives it, period.

Front brakes are 4 piston, down from 6 piston on the Redeye. This was done to accommodate the 18" wheels. So, front braking is reduced over the Redeye, but fine for drag racing. The tires are more compliant because they are drag radials from Nitto. People who have done comparisons between the Redeye and the Super Stock have noted that the SS is mushier in the suspension. That is because it is set up soft in the front to get traction to the rear of the car. I think over time, the Super Stock will be more desirable than the Redeye.
