    Need to say that when we DO move to the beat it really takes that workout to another level! MUSIC is amazing...can bring energy, power, joy, and on the other side it can make you emotional, sad, and make your heart heavy. Let me know if what I said does the same for you.🎧💯❤

    As I do your workouts I keep thinking "now this is my favorite workout and the one I'm coming back to again and again." Then, you put out another workout and I think, "wow, I guess this is my favorite workout." Thank you for all of the great variety!

      That’s the plan…I’m sticking with this & one of your piYo express classes for my toning until I feel strong enough to get back in to heavier weights/HIIT classes..luckily for me you have lots of those for me to enjoy as well once I’m up to it! You really are the best! ❤😅

    Michelle, you are amazing! Loved this workout, thanks for adding the resistance band. I'd love to see more workouts with the bands.
