I'm not sure you're correct regarding the front grille. Batteries need cooling too and I've been told multiple times there are active vents that will open and close as needed.
there are automatic vanes very low down. Most reviewers repeat that the grille is solid but shine a flashlight through it and you will see it is perforated with radiator behind.
Since charging the upper half of the pack takes longer than the lower half, it actually makes sense to charge more often on long trips, charging just enough at each stop to reach the next one. Perhaps that's what Jag's navigation system is doing. To see this for yourself, try out www.abetterrouteplanner.com.
You're right, we have experienced this with all EVs we've owned. The only reason I mention it is that in the I-PACE the trip planner is a little too eager to suggest stops at an SOC of 30% when it should suggest driving lower. In the instance of the trip that it suggest you could remove at least one of those charging stops and decrease the total travel time.
I feel like the camera audio was never replaced with the lav audio. Also Ben has to get used to looking at the camera when talking instead of looking at the person behind the camera. Thanks for the video and I look forward to how this channel grows.
Good review. Does it have a L1/L2 soc% limit/target, hilltop mode? Odd that you can not choose L1/L2 charge rate, sometimes you may want to lower that on a weak outlet, like a L1 8/12a chooser.
You seem to use the word "unusual" to cover the fact you don't know what's going on... There are so many errors in your video; perhaps next time you familiarise yourself with the car before starting the recording...

Quirks and features of the iPace. I was waiting for the OSM Score. LoL
Great job!
