Reacting to Saffron Barker's Closet Tour (what is with these british influencers?)

  • We are back with another Closet Tour reaction video, this time from British TH-camr and Influencer Saffron Barker. Her closet features the usual brands like Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, & Prada but also sees her feature other brands she's rather passionate about like fitness brand Gymshark, which is rather new for us! We needed to cleanse the closet tour space since our last video about Molly Mae's wardrobe, and Saffron's was a nice and easy walkthrough of what the modern British influencer buys.

The treatment of books in this was driving me up the wall lol. All I could think about was how she could easily just buy a little book stand and display it next to the shoes if she likes the aesthetic that much. I do appreciate that she seems to actually love most of the clothes in her wardrobe and is able to pinpoint what she uses regularly and which ones are more special occasion items, but I personally will never understand people who like buying the same few items in every color imaginable.

Losing it over the fact that Luke doesn't know what GymShark is. Knows every haute couture line out there, but a fast-fashion athletic line? Don't know her.

@@nattiex3735 anything is expensive in that quantity. one could build a hugely interesting (and, if desired, luxurious) wardrobe with the money saffron has spent on over-consuming drab, extortionate fast fashion. once again, she is just an individual in a global issue i'm not directly shaming her, but if you don't think you could buy 10 pairs of incredible trousers with the money she has spent on 10000 pairs of leggings, i will say you are wrong.

I personally have a problem having so much of the same thing even in dif colors, it goes against everything in me lol Thiers just sooooo much variety in clothing. With one slight detail it can give the same effect you want WHILE looking new overall that's why I love fashion it seems a waist of potential but AGAIN to some THAT'S what fashion is all about ☺great vid

I did business development for around a year for a small semi-artisan fashion house in Italy, from that moment onwards I started to be more fashion-conscious, tbf before that job I didn't know much about designer brands, just the most famous ones. While looking for prospects I realised that there is a plethora of niche brands and designers, however her wardrobe is pretty mainstream. I think if you are a real fashion head you are more willing to experiment and looking for niche brands...at least this is my approach to music... probably I'm wrong, but I watched other channels where people get asked what they are wearing and it is usually a personalised combo of basics, second hands clothings, some hand-picked designers brands output and small/indie fashion houses pieces... that shows real commitment to the fashion sphere xo
