The argument is a bit reductionist. This isn’t about race. It’s about Black American culture.
Rick Ross called him white boy, not Kendrick. Kendrick is talking about how Drake plays into his black side when it’s beneficial to him, but not when it comes to activism. I will say, Pink Book makes a great point that many brown and dark skin black men criticize light skin men yet love them some light skin women at the same time. Two things can be true.

She is more black than Drake if u want to be technical. So we don't forget about the fact that this boy has been accused allegedly of messing around with underage girls. If you going to analyze something then analyze the entire song Don't talk about just one aspect of the song because he talked about a lot of things in that song.
