@Pink Book lessons were you aware that these award shows are scripted. That dialogue between Taraji and Kamala is a script that is not how Kamala actually talks. Maybe Taraji, but not Kamala.

If it was scripted then that makes it even more worrisome. That means you'll do/say anything for a dollar and attention. Stop trying to validate h03 activities.

@@LayLay31035 The negro descendants of slaves wherever they're from are the descendants of the Yahudim. But why do some "black" Americans feel like they have a monopoly on that? We're all facing either our redemption or our destruction. The Bible says only one from a town and two from a clan will make it back to Zion. Knowing that, I'm motivated towards repentance, forgiveness, righteousness and unity, not dividing ourselves by a flimsy "us" and "them" dichotomy. I'm saying this because we all need to wake up in the little time that we have left.

We went from Gladys Knight, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, Diana Ross just to name a few of women who showed what it looked like for black women to show vocal talent, excellence, elegance and beauty to nothing more than ass shaking and "singing" about being a single mother, destroying families, being a street walker and degenerate behavior.

Y’all black men some hypocrites. In 1988 Whitney was saying “ I Wanna dance with somebody “ Anita Baker “ Giving you the best I got “ then on the whole opposite side of spectrum NWA and Uncle Luke where they preaching love ? @@khadyadjisall5708You seem to be misguided as to what is really going on here, so I'll fill you in.
Black Americans don't own the so-called BET Network which stands for Black Entertainment Television. It's owned by White People who control what is produced and broadcast on their network.
Also, all the so-called Black Artists who appear on BET have contracts with White Owned Music Companies. So the music company controls what is produced and distributed to the world.
Therefore, whoever controls the media controls the "NARRATIVE" of the Black People they are manipulating, and how the world perceives Black People.
So, wake up and stop your divisive way of thinking and realize that it's not about Black People trying something in Africa.
It's about the conscious effort of Powerful People, who control the media, and who are out to discredit Black People by creating their own version of the Black narrative.

Simple, short-sighted statement. It's a confluence of both, with long-standing systematic racism being the main culprit. This small cohort of low class individuals is just a subset of the great black culture, but is what's promoted the most by that same systematic machine. That's a problem because any Black American person is automatically stereotyped as one of them. No other ethnicity of people has to deal with this madness. Add on top the self-inflicted wounds, and you get what you see today. Crazy.
