I totally agree with your suggestion to write one's strategy on a laminated sheet. On the job, we call those "Pre Flight Checklists" and "Daily Standard Work". They really come in handy! It's so easy to forget and overlook the simplest and easiest tasks when your in the "heat of it".
You are right. Back testing is hectic and tbh as a beginner i did not really see the need for it as long as my trades were working. But i learnt my lesson the hard way. Back testing is very important. Thank you for this video.

Backtesting is analogous to counting cards at blackjack in a Casino. Except that here it is encouraged and in a Casino you're kindly asked to leave.
