You can’t really compare cos level of difficulty depends on many factors. It may depend on English proficiency, subject, university, whether it is a taught program or research, etc. However when you are doing a degree level program it is solely up to the student to self study without just depending on the lecturers.

My brother and two sisters, all are currently pursuing their MD (part 1&2). They can choose a country of preference for their training but most choose either UK or Australia. I think it is because of their matured healthcare system and due to availability of specialties.
