    dry salted fish is tasty if prepared right but this here is bad/stale fish which has been salted, smell must be funky! why are they salting such fish?
    tip to get rid of that smell, dry roast the fish on a hot plate, dip it in water and scrape off the excess salt, dried bits and hang it out to dry for a few mins. then deep frying in oil will ensure almost no smell at all or boil along with excess garlic and the smell is masked.
    tourist guide was wearing a thailand hat.

    Nigambo also eat dry fish but god job if you go trincomale,jafna ,puttlam,baty,manner any sea sideyou can buy dru frish don’t worry අම්මෝ මාරකපටි ලොක්කෙක් සෑහෙන්න බොරැත් කියනවා
