Several years ago I found myself somewhat obsessed with the melodic phrases in Satriani's Love Thing! And now, the same is going on with Lari's Your Love, but at a whole new level as her song has a much stronger appeal to me! It is hard to describe! This is by far my favorite song! She must have been in a such a blissful state of mind to come up with those unbelievable phrases. It is a bit surreal to me!

I used to play when I was a teenager. But life happened and I hadn't picked up a guitar for decades. I'm past 40 now and i held one for the first time since then. And this is the first song i learnt. This is one of those song that finds a melodic phrase that can be played for an entire hour with endless variations and will let you grooving and grooving stuck to that good vibe.

Vinnie is such a classic... i used to see him play in the 80's when he'd start a song with a fresh cigarette and his glasses on... three quarters of the way through, the cigarette would be gone and his glasses would be on the floor and he'd be covered in sweat... epic.
