The truth is you lose 0 and over the year fluid fills back in, my waist has increased. Best to do a tummy tuck since this procedure won't give you results.

I mean, you could say that about most procedures. There are people who get breast reductions whose breasts grow right back and others who dont. Doctors cant really guess how your body will react to surgery trauma. This is a part of understanding the risk of the procedure itself.@JohnMac-lk2qx

I have been an athlete my whole life and never was able to get rid of my gut even when I was showing abs. My body type retains a lot of fat and water and I would have to practically be a raw vegan to achieve a flat stomach. I would get this surgery and continue working out

If you don’t mind answering, how many liters did they remove and did you have all your procedures all at once?
I can't recall how many liters were taken out, however I did have everything done at once.
Is there any permanent numbness in your stomach area? Like it happens with lipo around the incision.
