Unsolicited Advice: Always unload the bottom rack of a dishwasher first, so the water sitting on the top rack dishes spills on an empty rack (rather than dry dishes).
Clowns freak me the heck out. Great costumes. Milo should get to pick what he wants for Halloween. Kids have very little say in their lives and Halloween is a day to let them decide. So I say you're a great mother.
When you set a five minute timer with Alexa, my echo dot heard you and started a timer for me too!!! It’s like you’re reaching through my TV and telling Alexa that it’s time for me to clean! 😂
Super procrastinator here. I motivate myself to declutter by watching your videos! Literally NOTHING else has ever worked. So even if it's one I've seen, I watch it to get me in the right mood and headspace, and make me feel like I actually WANT do it! :)
I just retired from 34 years of teaching and I think Milo's and your costumes are awesome! Boys need to be allowed to be boys and so often these days they get squashed. You are a fantastic mom!
I agree, my kids probably around that age their favorite was Chucky the terrorizing doll. They thought he was hilarious. Their grandma her birthday is on Halloween so with my husband and his mom Halloween is always a full on celebration and festivities the scarier the better.
My mom bought a freaky panda mask, looks insane for my then 3 yo daughter and 7 yo son, I was the only one creeped out of it. I think kids are way tougher than we think sometimes 😁 My daughter soon to be 5 really loves scary monsters.
Watching a video or listening to a podcast actually releases endorphins as well as distracts us. I have a degenerative back issue and it’s often really painful when I’m up and getting stuff done. I started watching videos (yours, minimal mom, a couple of others) and I thought it was just the distraction that helped me get through the tasks but then I found out about the endorphin release and it made total sense! My pain always decreases when I have a video on! Great video, Cas!
Another motivation: Make it Fun! I took this lesson from my two year who insisted on putting on his backhoe loader costume before picking up his toys today. It took him forever to scoop the Duplo into his shovel and dump them into the container, but he had fun doing it!
I just listened to a podcast (from Mother Like A Boss) about how momentum works when motivation isn't there. Just do the next thing, and don't worry about looking for the feeling of motivation before you start, since the feeling can be fleeting but momentum moves you forward little by little by actually doing something. Makes sense to me. It's easier to just unload the dishwasher to feel like I'm getting something done and usually that momentum builds to me loading the dirty dishes...and then maybe wiping the counters... and then maybe sweeping. Before I know it I've cleaned the kitchen!
Sitting in bed in London U.K. at 11pm and you managed to set our Alexa for the 5 minute alarm….. Got up and cleaned the bathroom immediately !!! Not been motivated all day. Yet You ‘set my alarm’ and I was up and off like a rocket - thanks Cas xxx 😘
I'm so sorry about the alarm! Apparently I set alarms all around the world! But kudos to you for using that timer and getting stuff done! So proud of you!
You're the best! About Tip Nr 4: What helped me when I am unmotivated, depressed or overwhelmed was to make a spreadsheets with common tasks and the time they take. First, it helps to see that most things take less time than you think. And when I feel too overwhelmed to start I ask myself "How long can you go?" sometimes it's 1 minute, sometimes it's 3 and 1/2, sometimes 20 (those numbers are actually rather random, but when I pick let's say 5 minutes, I look through the list what I can do in 5 minutes. (Pick up und empty the cats' food bowls, 45 seconds; put the shoes and coat away, 30 seconds, collect paper trash and put it into the recycling bin, 120 seconds, clean the litter boxes (just scooping), 60 seconds, wiping down the bathroom sink, 90 seconds - is that 5 minutes? normally I use the excel calculator, haha) And I don't look for efficiency when I'm in that kind of state, everything that gets done is good. Normally it doesn't make sense to do only one little thing in one room, than one thing in the next, but thinking about efficient or optimal time management would totally de-motivate me, when it's just about starting
This is a great idea and I am totally stealing this. It’s extra helpful, because those with adhd have a terrible time judging how long something will take. And I have that problem. So I will be doing this for a bit (if I can stick to it) and seeing how it works! Thank you so much for the idea!
Hahaha awww doggo wanted to play and brought a ball! I do a 10 minute timer as soon as I get back home from work. Cause I know that once I sit down, I don't want to get up again. It really works! I might do a quick living room tidy up, or take paper to the recycle bin down the street, check the fridge, fold the laundry, catch up on some dishes I forgot the day before or vaccume. Just pick 1 thing and do it for 10 minutes. At the end of the week, so much got done :D
I definitely prefer non-scary/gory Halloween-but you do you!!! Love the mom-win of letting Milo choose his costume! And then the bonus of being the coolest mom by ALSO being a scary clown! You go!!!!
Cass!!! I’m so proud of you! Look at everything you’ve accomplished and everyone you’ve inspired!🖤 You’ve changed so many lives! Keep being true to yourself, your bugs love you!🖤
Ok. My neighbor suggested I get running shoes yesterday after we walked 2.3 miles. Today i rode my bike a mile, to the post office. I had 5 packages. I had to walk back, so i’m ordering the New Balances after the video. Thanks. Monica.
I am using the 1st of this month as a start to a motivated attitude. I want to push through the day, get things done and feel good about myself. My self love hasn't been there lately and I need a pick me up. You always make me smile😁👍
CASS- YOU, DAWN AND DANA are my motivation! I LOVE listening to you all when I’m cleaning or decluttering, it’s like you’re all here with me - FRIENDS HELPING EACH OTHER!
Tip 3: I put on your TH-cam videos, even if I have already seen them. I don’t watch them (wouldn’t be productive) but there is something in your voice that helps me get started 😁 You and the Minimal Mom 😍
The shoe hack works. I bought a couple pairs on Amazon for cheap and wear around and it’s so motivating lol. I feel less crazy that some people feel the same haha.
I love the mask! I'm with you on this one - let him pick out his own costume. My daughter wore a real pumpkin on her head this year - it was heavy and awkward but she loved it. I got some terrific photos
I’ve been doing the boot camp and I did really good 👍 donated as I always do but what sparked me was what doesn’t fit and don’t make me feel gouand off I went 🤣they asked if I was moving 😂 thanks so much 💕🙌👏
Years ago, I remember "The FlyLady" first step for cleaning was to "get dressed down to the shoes". It always made a big difference for me when tackling things around the house. Also, I think it's just good protection as opposed to bare feet.
I can attest to the running shoes thing! It's not always an instant motivator for me, but ever since I got custom orthotics, I've been wearing sneakers inside the house more (I bought a pair for indoors). It fixed a lot of my back problems and I'm now more likely to get chores done because standing for long periods (in front of the sink for 20 minutes doing dishes for example) no longer causes me discomfort/pain. ^_^;;
I always wear shoes in the house because of my flat feet! But if I am wearing sneakers with my custom orthotics, I automatically get a lot more done because my feet are comfortable. Let's just say I have been extremely productive over the last 19 months while working from home because I am always in yoga pants or leggings and sneakers.
I was TODAY YEARS OLD... This explains sooooo much! I implemented the "no shoes indoor" rule back in 2010, when my son was born. All these years since, I have noticed that only at other relatives and friend's houses I feel extremely motivated to do chores because of the comfort of having my sneakers on inside, they even love having me over for that and compliment me on how swiftly I move around, DUUUUUUH!!!!! I thought it was laziness since becoming a mom, LOL!!! Time to get an indoor pair ;)
Hello, thank you for those tips. I use some of them before watching this video. I can't believe that in 5 mns the bedroom was cleaned. I also surprised myself to see what I can do in few mns... It is my first video of your channel and I appreciate it!
💜👟 👟💜 Funny you mentioned putting on running shoes for motivation. I literally did that before I watched your video, not knowing you had just posted. I was going to “borrow” some motivation from one of your videos. I’m so tired, as a special needs mom and caregiver for almost 29 years now, I have no motivation of my own anymore. But this kitchen isn’t going to clean itself so I can cook a meal for my family 😉 I always have your videos in the background while I’m working. It really does help! Thank you Cas for posting, even when you’re not feeling it-you’re so helpful. 💜
Awe…Mia and Sylvia, I admire you both. I sometimes watch my friend’s 26 year old daughter. She’s such a delight but wears me out. I don’t know how my friend does it day in and out. And, she a single parent too. I’m sure love has a lot to do with it. 🥰
@@heathersmeather Thank you for your kind words, dear. Your friend is so very blessed to have a friend like you to help. And yes, love has everything to do with it. I’ve met the sweetest people who are fellow subscribers of Cas’. Be blessed dear one 🥰🙏💜
Mel Robbins is my motivational hero! I listen to her books in the shower, while cleaning and organizing, etc. This video has great tips! I needed that today
I have news for Joe, I have 2 sons. Right around 9 years old they switch from cute or super hero costumes to scary ones. It helps them sort out evil vs good or something like that. I don’t remember exactly why but it’s common and actually good for them. My sons are now 31 and 28 and they are the most decent human beings I know! No need to worry, it’s normal!
My fave ways to get motivated are putting on my best sneakers and playing upbeat music. Watching declutter and cleaning videos helps, too. I don’t always know what to do, so I love seeing/hearing about what works for others.
I have been using the 5 minute timer for alot of motivation in the last year or so. If I am not motivated then I set a timer. If I have too much to do and I am overwhelmed - I set a 5 min timer for each task (I keep resetting for longer tasks). It keeps me on track and not run after squirrels! Listening to music it the other one - but somehow my kids derail this one by yelling for something or for help when we are doing chores together. I rely on motivational quotes too - but most effective is the 5 minute timer.
Thank you so much for those tips ! I was laying down on my couch under the blanket; and thanks to your videos I've cleaned up my laundry room and a part of my garage !
You motivate me the most, to be honest. I can listen to your podcast on the loop on some days. Thank you for everything that you're doing! You're changing my life 💕
Love all the tips! The 5 min tip is a game changer! Especially if you can involve the whole family. It can become a fun and productive 5 minutes! I'm with your husband on the mask.
When my son was 10 he wanted a very scary face mask and outfit with a big Ax or something of that sort! I was like Joe and fought it the whole way, but his dad reminded me it’s important for Kids to be able to make some decisions on their own! It was one of his best Halloween’s ! ( he’s 22 now ) .I’m so glad I let go of my fear of what others would think! Especially my parents whom my Dad is a Pastor! 😬 But even they thought the costume was awesome! Just have fun! Life is too short! Love this video! Your great! 🤩
Great tips, as always. I've listened to over 100 audiobooks this year. It really does help pass the time doing laundry, yardwork, etc. I think 9 is a fine age for the mask. I bet all of his friends thought it was awesome.
One of my things I used to do is "watch" a music tv show like The Voice or American Idol while cleaning. I would put on an episode and clean. I'd dust, sweep n mop my floors, tidy up rooms, etc. Chores where you can still hear the show well and take a peek occasionally if you want to know what they look like.
5 minutes matter was in an earlier video. I love it! It has become my motto this year. If I know the task is going to take longer I set the stop watch on my phone and work against the clock. Thanks for motivating me.
I watch you for motivation. Most of the time, I can watch while I'm organizing and purging. When I can't, I hurry to get done so I can watch more Cas videos!!!
Audio books are my lifeline to motivation! I can shut out the world and work without realizing I've done anything(like you said)! BTW You are such fun to watch! Like your music choice too.
I love the set plans eith people to come over to clean !!! Then I always clean I do try to do dishes everyday and I love the clown mask !!! It's awesome!
It's a costume and no biggie. When we were growing up, and even now, kids younger than nine dress up as Freddy Kruger, Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, and Leather Face. Personally I love it.
I was cleaning my house today and took a 5 minute breather while my floors were drying cause i mopped them and decided to look at some videos and low and behold yours came up. Now im even more motivated. Thank you for the tips. I'll use them for sure
My fondest memories as a child was when my mom did things out of the box and not “normal”. It was always something fun and exciting that we did together. I’m certain he will have this memory of you and him being scary clowns that one year for his whole life 💛🖤
Totally fine for a 9 year old boy, my now 15 year old son has been something terrifying pretty much every year. This year he went with his 5 year old sister, he was Jason...with a bloody mask and everything. She thought it was awesome and I was fine with it.
I found feeling better about my space motivates me to get stuff done and continue to to be motivated. I have an unfinished utility/laundry room (like you see studs, installation, etc) I painted the floor so it goes with the colors of our home more and gave it a deep clean and now I feel more motivated to use the space.
Thanks for the great motivational video, Cass! You even set my Alexa for 5 mins! Lol! I got my Tupperware container cabinet reorganized in that time!😁 Win-win!
Sorry about the timer. Apparently there was a mass Alexa timer setting around the world thanks to me. My bad! Glad you were able to utilize it though! Great job!!
@clutterbug no complaints here! I thought it was funny and decided to go with it! That cabinet had been nagging at me for days every time I unloaded the dishwasher and tried to add more Tupperware! Aka The Silent To-Do List 😉 AND My daughter was happy to get more slime containers when I decluttered 4 of the “free” ones! 🤣😁👌🏻
I watched this video on and off the past two or three days because every step motivated me so much that I would pause the video and do a chore and then come back to the video eventually lol
Haha! Sometimes innocent YA books where "nothing happens" are good... I listen to audiobooks at my desk at work, and if I'm listening to one with a steamy part, I feel like it shows on my face, and I get all embarassed, even though no one can hear it! So for those times, a nice boring blah YA, or calming Jane Austen, is the perfect fit. ;)
My laundry also need cleaning and little bit of organization thinking from last whole month but in between I doing another projects around the house so hopefully can you do it soon
I'm with you on the wearing sneakers when you want to get things done. I feel the same way about it :)) Thanks for the motivation to get things done. My basement is calling me...
You're a great mom for letting him get something he wanted. It may be scary but not offensive. And even a better mom for getting one yourself!!! I am addicted to audio books. You mention them often so please let us know what you are "reading" Love, love your enthusiasm.
If milo picked that clown costume out, he isnt afraid of it, you are a great mom for letting him pick out his costume an not forcing him into a family group one, I hated that, individualism is important
Love the masks. Bet Milo and You had a blast. Besides its all in fun. Love the 5 minute rule. I do get a lot done. You're the Motivator, Love your videos.
I felt motivated by your video today and did some cleaning. Bathroom sinks and counters, toilet, made my bed, dusted my bedroom, my son started laundry for me and now I am tired and I am starting to get a headache. It may not sound like a lot to most people but with my health issues it was pretty exhausting. FYI I love the scary clown costume Milo picked out.
I like to get dressed for cleaning, in leggings, t-shirt and sneakers, with my hair tied back, then open all the windows. The cold air gets me moving to keep warm and freshens my home. I leave them open until I’m finished and I get cooled down, at least. In cold weather, I completely air my house at least once every day, it makes such a difference in the freshness of a house. In summer, it’s no problem, I just leave non-accessible (from the exterior) windows open all night. Don’t leave accessible windows open while sleeping.
I do not like cleaning, but for some random reason, folding my blankets and cleaning up my bed always gets me in the mood to clean, even if it’s just cleaning a few other things. I always start with my bed and it really gets me in the zone.
You're right about having someone come over being motivating. Every time my brother texts me and says he is dropping by in an hour, my house gets miraculously tidy in that hour! I think knowing that someone is coming over unexpectedly is my greatest motivation to tidy and clean my house.
Putting my running shoes always work for me!! I have an in home daycare and if I don't wear them I feel lazy! So I put my running shoes on and I'm ready to clean etc!!
When you did the Alexa timer it also set my Alexa timer for 5 minutes, 😂 lol. On the costume for Mila, it's fine! That's what he wanted and why limit a child's creative side. Halloween is all about kids having fun. Haven't we taken enough from the kid's the last couple of years. You sound like an Awesome Mom! No one has the right to judge a mother's parenting skills, unless your God🥰
I just want to say.. HANDS DOWN.. these were the best tips I've ever heard about getting motivated!!! I agree, the whole "getting 8 hours sleep, eating right".. blah blah... NO. For me, they don't work. These tips are GOLD!
Exactly. I’ve been having sleep issues. I’d be delighted with seven hours of sleep. I get considerably less but still need to get things done and motivate myself to do so.
Do I like the creepy clown costume? No! Is it a good time for your son to try out his independence? Yes. If his friends get too scared he will have learned an important lesson. I would guess his friends will think it's cool he got to dress up as a scary clown. You trust him enough to let him make some decisions for himself.
Wow! About the running shoes, it happens to me all the time! They are my everyday shoes , if I want to get stuff done I have to put them on. It’s like having coffee or something it gives me a bust of energy to get going. It’s so nice to here that there are more out there like me.🙂
The whole point of dressing up for Halloween is to be something way off the mark of who you are. It's one day and if Milo is that excited I see nothing wrong with it. Hope you'll had a good time.
I think it depends on Milo, you know your child best. If he thinks it's cool then it's probably fine. If he finds it off putting then maybe try something else.
One of the things I like to do is watch a TH-cam video that goes for around 10-15mins while I’m doing things. It helps keep me on time when I’m getting ready in the morning, and also gives me something to do while I’m washing dishes or folding laundry. And it helps me know how long I’ve been doing something for.
Unsolicited Advice: Always unload the bottom rack of a dishwasher first, so the water sitting on the top rack dishes spills on an empty rack (rather than dry dishes).
This is honestly great advice!
Yes! This is exactly what I do
Learned that too
Better yet, unload then reload the bottom rack first, then empty the top and reload it.
@@2plus2by2 no, there’s a risk you drop something from the top rack and it falls into the dirty water.
I think it's awesome that you decided to get a scary clown mask along with Milo. What an awesome way to support Milo and his choice of costume!
Clowns freak me the heck out. Great costumes. Milo should get to pick what he wants for Halloween. Kids have very little say in their lives and Halloween is a day to let them decide. So I say you're a great mother.
Thank you!
I agree and you're a fun mom!
When you set a five minute timer with Alexa, my echo dot heard you and started a timer for me too!!! It’s like you’re reaching through my TV and telling Alexa that it’s time for me to clean! 😂
Forget the masks, this is 100% creepy 🤡
😆😆😆
That's it! It was a strategic plan to get everyone up and cleaning and not a complete absent minded goof on my part ;P
funny!!! (& a little disturbing...1984-ish)
That was a good sign... Me I have not "Alexa" but "Hey Google" instead...
So 5 min. is on right now!💖😉💪🏻👊🏻

I do that too. Or motivational audio books. Atomic Habits is one I’ve listened too three times and should relaunch it this week.
You just set Alexa timers around the world or at least here in Maine lol. Love your videos. 💜
Yes, in Ireland too lol
In Ohio, USA! 🙂
And Paris. 😁
Yep all around the world, I’m in the uk and my Alexa has just set me a 5 minute timer!!😂😂
That's funny and excellent

The clown mask… I’m with Joe on that one!
The scary clown masks are super cool and I love your attitude about them! Definitely think it's fine for a 9 year old.
Thanks!
Gurl!!!! Yes!!! My sister and I even bought the throwback slouch socks and hi-top white Reebok's - that gets my groove on!!!! (No judgement, LOL)!

I completely agree with the "get dressed" tip. I instantly feel energized and motivated when I put on tennis shoes

But this kitchen isn’t going to clean itself so I can cook a meal for my family 😉 I always have your videos in the background while I’m working. It really does help! Thank you Cas for posting, even when you’re not feeling it-you’re so helpful. 💜

@@silviahoffmann158 💜💜💜 :sigh: I know right?
Awe…Mia and Sylvia, I admire you both. I sometimes watch my friend’s 26 year old daughter. She’s such a delight but wears me out. I don’t know how my friend does it day in and out. And, she a single parent too. I’m sure love has a lot to do with it. 🥰
@@heathersmeather Thank you for your kind words, dear. Your friend is so very blessed to have a friend like you to help. And yes, love has everything to do with it. I’ve met the sweetest people who are fellow subscribers of Cas’. Be blessed dear one 🥰🙏💜
Thank you for that and kudos to YOU for all you've been doing for nearly 30 years! I know it's not easy. Stay strong. You got this!
Lighting candles and taking a “before” picture gets me going…along with all the other tips!
Love that!
Mel Robbins is my motivational hero! I listen to her books in the shower, while cleaning and organizing, etc. This video has great tips! I needed that today
Yes! Putting on your shoes is something that sounds odd, but it works for me!!
The squirrels get me all the time!
You're changing my life 💕
You are so welcome!
I love the 5 for 5 which gives me a quick tidy in each room.
Love all the tips! The 5 min tip is a game changer! Especially if you can involve the whole family. It can become a fun and productive 5 minutes! I'm with your husband on the mask.
I definitely agree about putting on shoes to get motivated! 👟 👟
Then set the timer for 5 mins! ⏱
So true!
any particularly good audio books you'd recommend?
One of my things I used to do is "watch" a music tv show like The Voice or American Idol while cleaning. I would put on an episode and clean. I'd dust, sweep n mop my floors, tidy up rooms, etc. Chores where you can still hear the show well and take a peek occasionally if you want to know what they look like.
Tip…wear the terrifying mask to motivate your family to clean the house…haha…just kidding. I love your tips!!!
I'd love to see Cass wear either mask while she's motivating us (or Joe & the kids) to clean! How funny, it seriously cracked me up!
Ummm. Genius change jar! It’s so clever and cute!!!!
I sure do relate to the lack of motivation. Chronic pain does not help!
I feel ya’. Age has destroyed my energy level.
@@herewego8586 Don’t I know it!
The timer is the best thing ever. I seriously surprised myself with big decluttering projects !!
Woohoo!
I totally agree with the running shoes. I get way more done when I’m wearing my sneakers
Right?!
Agree with Joe on the costume!
Darn it!
@@Clutterbug 🤣
I just want to know how many kids CRIED when they saw you in that mask!! (Or how many adults freaked out! Lol!!!)
LOVE your motivational tips!
I'm sure he loved it. ❤ GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 👪
Thank you!
I’m certain he will have this memory of you and him being scary clowns that one year for his whole life 💛🖤
I actually find that watching cleaning videos (like this) motivates me IF I watch it in the morning!
Another brilliant video, thanks Cas - it's true - watching someone else clean makes you want to do it too - off I go with my duster! 😍
I really love putting on the apron and tennis shoes and playing TH-cam videos and audiobooks for motivation.
You’re a riot, Cas! LOVE your content. So practical and useful. Thank you for doing what you do!
Thanks for showing your mess. I’m seeing even clean people have them!
So for those times, a nice boring blah YA, or calming Jane Austen, is the perfect fit. ;)
That's so funny!
I like YA books, too. They can have wonderful light stories without the gratuitous "extras". 😉
@@jejrstans Exactly! And they can be just as romantic without all the messy descriptions. :)
My laundry also need cleaning and little bit of organization thinking from last whole month but in between I doing another projects around the house so hopefully can you do it soon
Great tips! Thanks soooo much for the 5 Ways to Get Motivated outline/timestamps in the description. Makes it easy for a refresher.
You're welcome!
Whenever I really don't want to clean I watch an episode of HOARDERS seriously, it works for me. Plus watching you too Cas. 😉
I'm with you on the wearing sneakers when you want to get things done. I feel the same way about it :)) Thanks for the motivation to get things done. My basement is calling me...
You got this!
You're a great mom for letting him get something he wanted. It may be scary but not offensive. And even a better mom for getting one yourself!!!
I am addicted to audio books. You mention them often so please let us know what you are "reading"
Love, love your enthusiasm.
If milo picked that clown costume out, he isnt afraid of it, you are a great mom for letting him pick out his costume an not forcing him into a family group one, I hated that, individualism is important
Omg yes! I adore Faith Mariah’s podcast! Super motivation but not to clean to get to being impactful
Love the masks. Bet Milo and You had a blast. Besides its all in fun. Love the 5 minute rule. I do get a lot done. You're the Motivator, Love your videos.
Yes! Thank you!
Omg I put on walking shoes I only wear inside and my APRON! I'm breaking that out tomorrow morning. Genius!
You got this!
I was great until mean-o-pause hit. I’m just tired now. I’ll give your tips a shot!
You can do it!
I do not like cleaning, but for some random reason, folding my blankets and cleaning up my bed always gets me in the mood to clean, even if it’s just cleaning a few other things. I always start with my bed and it really gets me in the zone.
I bet he was the coolest kid ever!
You're right about having someone come over being motivating. Every time my brother texts me and says he is dropping by in an hour, my house gets miraculously tidy in that hour! I think knowing that someone is coming over unexpectedly is my greatest motivation to tidy and clean my house.
Exactly!!
in ADDITION to everything else, you sounds like a GREAT mommy
Thank you!
Putting my running shoes always work for me!! I have an in home daycare and if I don't wear them I feel lazy! So I put my running shoes on and I'm ready to clean etc!!
Yes!! My sneakers always make me feel motivated !! 🏃♀️ we love you cas!
Yay! Thank you!
So funny I was listening to your video and my Alexia set a five minute timer. Love your channel.
Love that! I honestly don't know what I would do without my Alexas
I agree. And costumes are a great way for kids to safely explore the darker impulses we all have.
Wow!
About the running shoes, it happens to me all the time!
They are my everyday shoes , if I want to get stuff done
I have to put them on.
Totally agree! I love the costume!
I think it depends on Milo, you know your child best. If he thinks it's cool then it's probably fine. If he finds it off putting then maybe try something else.
@@lauraclark92 She said he was very excited about it.
