There's no way for me confirm this, but Eugene might have been suffering from excited delirium. Excited delirium is a form of psychosis that makes people have hallucinations, become paranoid, and extremely violent. Many people with this condition also report feeling extremely hot during their episodes, describing the feeling "boiling from the inside", which would explain why Eugene took off his clothes when walking down the bridge. Another characteristic of excited delirium is super-human strength and extreme resistance to pain. This can explain why Eugene barely reacted after the first responding officer fired at him the first time; it can also explain why, many year prior, he had to be tased three times before being subdued by police when he attacked his mother. Again, I can't confirm any of this and I am not a specialist in anything, but given the information provided on the video, this is my best guess.

People who want to see these gruesome sights have something wrong with them. It's not even normal to pursue or submit to seeing these types of things a job or career. This is why we know that the FBI is the world's largest consumer of child pornagraphy . They claim its to pursue the perverts but that's just a cover up. What happens is that eventually they start to enjoy or become fascinated with viewing it. It's all disgusting and the type of damage it does to people's minds will show up in culture.

I lived there when this happened. The community really stepped up to help that man. It's a very humbling situation. Oddly enough if someone changes just one ingredient in a substance it is no longer an illegal drug until the police can decipher that 1 ingredient. That's a really scary situation for loved ones and and teenagers. Thinking you're taking a legal drug that can have devastating effects on your life and whose ever they are directly affecting
There's a monster in my town too. His family make him sleep in a tent 2 fields away from the house he grew up in. I was bestfriends with his sister as a young teen.she had a padlock on her bedroom door to keep him out. I would stay there the very odd time and we could hear him walking around the house and he would stand and try look in his sisters bedroom window. Disgusting. I couldn't imagine having to lock myself into my bedroom incase my big brother would creep in at night and try do the unthinkable. One night another friend of ours woke up to him standing at the end of her bed while she was sleeping. He said it was her own fault, they should have locked the door. Bloody weirdo. Monster. I feel so bad for his family

My friend used to bring a bucket to her room at night incase she had to per because one night she went to the toilet and the hallway was dark, it was a dark house anyway a mile outside town no street lights but as she came out of the bathroom the kitchen door slowly opened and there was her brother crawling up the hall towards her growling she screamed and ran to her room and slammed the door and was locking it when he slammed at the other side of the door still growling. Her dad heard the commotion and gathered the other brothers to get him out of the house..

Honestly I don't think there's any drug that's gonna do that, even the worst of the worst, I definitely think it was a psychotic episode of sorts. There's another story that happened more recently with 19 year old who had a similiar episode and was literally mauling a guy in the same exact way although they were actually able to get him into custody somehow. it's eery how parallel these two stories are.

So, my professor was the chief toxicologist that ran the tests on Rudy. After this case, they kept his samples and re-test them every now and again with new methods and against new designers. To this day, they still haven't found anything. The medical examiner concluded that he just had a severe psychotic episode. That's it.

People with mental health issues do have hulk strength I seen it with my husband he schizophrenic and when he went into physcois I called a ambulance I said please get a ambulance now my husband is not right mentally they sent 15 cops they grabbed me had guns to our head and all a sudden my husband full on head butts them all and fought these 15 cops there tazing him over and over again and the ambulance guy freaking out he like what is he on pcp I said nothing they finally got him down and gabe him five shots in the butt calmed down got to hospital he broke restraints and fought the er they finally sedated him. It's unreal he should be dead they should of shot him. It's scary to think at any point he can go crazy like that again but they got him on 26 pills a day.

I think you are talking about the symptoms of hypothermia, when people sometimes undress as they get colder. This is different. Drugs that mess with the brain, can affect temperature regulation processes too, so maybe that was it. Also, the weather was hot and he had been walking along a concrete bridge, so maybe taking his clothes off started as a reasonable thing at first. He clearly had mental problems, combined with delusions of religious beliefs and a background of superstition. He quite likely had taken drugs that didn't show up on analysis. It was a time of multiple synthetic drug production and maybe they didn't know what to test for.

It could be drugs. Many Drug test can’t detect new analogs of existing drugs with slightly changing its chemical structure. This can unfortunately change the effects of the drugs as well
I remember watching a video about this incident as a young teen in 2014 if remember correctly. My memory is very vague on it, but I remember thinking this is going to be the start of a zombie apocalypse. I must’ve been on edge for a good week. I lived there when this happened. The community really stepped up to help that man. It's a very humbling situation. Oddly enough if someone changes just one ingredient in a substance it is no longer an illegal drug until the police can decipher that 1 ingredient. That's a really scary situation for loved ones and and teenagers. Thinking you're taking a legal drug that can have devastating effects on your life and whose ever they are directly affecting

There's a monster in my town too. His family make him sleep in a tent 2 fields away from the house he grew up in. I was bestfriends with his sister as a young teen.she had a padlock on her bedroom door to keep him out. I would stay there the very odd time and we could hear him walking around the house and he would stand and try look in his sisters bedroom window. Disgusting.
I couldn't imagine having to lock myself into my bedroom incase my big brother would creep in at night and try do the unthinkable.
One night another friend of ours woke up to him standing at the end of her bed while she was sleeping. He said it was her own fault, they should have locked the door.

My friend used to bring a bucket to her room at night incase she had to per because one night she went to the toilet and the hallway was dark, it was a dark house anyway a mile outside town no street lights but as she came out of the bathroom the kitchen door slowly opened and there was her brother crawling up the hall towards her growling she screamed and ran to her room and slammed the door and was locking it when he slammed at the other side of the door still growling. Her dad heard the commotion and gathered the other brothers to get him out of the house..
I can't imagine this poor man's pain.. God bless him and his family. I hope he continues to get better, especially mentally cause think about it.. that's the last thing he ever saw.. his last memory with sight. I cannot imagine.. blessed be to him and may the rest of his days be much better.

Honestly I don't think there's any drug that's gonna do that, even the worst of the worst, I definitely think it was a psychotic episode of sorts. There's another story that happened more recently with 19 year old who had a similiar episode and was literally mauling a guy in the same exact way although they were actually able to get him into custody somehow. it's eery how parallel these two stories are.

Also why would you put your own life in danger for something you have no business in? To this day, they still haven't found anything. The medical examiner concluded that he just had a severe psychotic episode. That's it.

I remember when this story was in the news. I had never heard of a drug dubbed "bath salts." I am very surprised that the victim of the attack lived. Poor Ronald...getting your face chewed off by another human is one of the worst things that can happen to you, I would think.

People with mental health issues do have hulk strength I seen it with my husband he schizophrenic and when he went into physcois I called a ambulance I said please get a ambulance now my husband is not right mentally they sent 15 cops they grabbed me had guns to our head and all a sudden my husband full on head butts them all and fought these 15 cops there tazing him over and over again and the ambulance guy freaking out he like what is he on pcp I said nothing they finally got him down and gabe him five shots in the butt calmed down got to hospital he broke restraints and fought the er they finally sedated him. It's unreal he should be dead they should of shot him. It's scary to think at any point he can go crazy like that again but they got him on 26 pills a day.

I think i know what happened. Theres an odd phenomenon that commonly occurs with missing 411 cases where changes in temperature cause extreme paranoia and wouldnt you know it, people takin their clothes off. Jack said he was in the blistering heat for hours. I think that was why

I think you are talking about the symptoms of hypothermia, when people sometimes undress as they get colder.
This is different. Drugs that mess with the brain, can affect temperature regulation processes too, so maybe that was it.
Also, the weather was hot and he had been walking along a concrete bridge, so maybe taking his clothes off started as a reasonable thing at first.
He clearly had mental problems, combined with delusions of religious beliefs and a background of superstition. He quite likely had taken drugs that didn't show up on analysis. It was a time of multiple synthetic drug production and maybe they didn't know what to test for.

It could be drugs. Many Drug test can’t detect new analogs of existing drugs with slightly changing its chemical structure. This can unfortunately change the effects of the drugs as well

I remember watching a video about this incident as a young teen in 2014 if remember correctly. My memory is very vague on it, but I remember thinking this is going to be the start of a zombie apocalypse.
