Dave Mustaine looks EXACTLY like his father. His book is a great read. Dave is extremely intelligent and articulate. Most kids like him tend to drop out of school due to boredom from teachers not developing that level of intelligence. Now, I'm glad they didn't recognize what a child genius he was, or we wouldn't have this great artist. He'd be wearing pen protectors full of pens in the front pocket of his shirt with extremely short hair.
Growing up in the 80s was so incredible because of bands like Megadeth. A fellow classmate and myself were in the same homeroom in high school and he was a major fan of the entire speed metal genre. He was so cool to let me listen to Megadeth and I became hooked. To this day, I not only thank this cool dude (FYI: He's a white brother and was so incredibly awesome to me) but also one of my childhood girlfriends as well. #thankudaniel&angel.
Dave is amazing as usual. The interviewer sucks. I wish Dave knows how great he is. He really doesn’t owe anyone a story about how high he has been or Metallica. I’d take Megadeth over whiny Led Zeppelin any day as far as greatness goes.
