My husband and I were on our way to Halifax so I could donate a kidney through the Living Donor Kidney Paired Exchange Program. It was a very stressful time and receiving the news from WestJet’s Santa about a free flight could not have come at a bettter time. Merry Christmas!!
This is why I love WestJet! I live in British Columbia with my family of 5 and my grandparents Etc live in Ontario. WestJet was so awesome with me and my family when we moved and every time we have a flight somewhere. Hopefully we'll be seeing you in the summer if we can get back to Ontario to see our family...

I think every other airline in the world could learn from Westjet.. It's the spirit of giving that resonates with everyone, and not necessarily getting something for free. While other airlines are preoccupied with their bottom line... WestJet is giving ... WestJet obviously puts their employees first... and when a company puts employees FIRST, those employees take care of the customers... and the company flourishes... Like Richard Branson of Virgin... Employees come first... and in turn, they will take care of the customers. He didn't become a millionaire for making bad decisions.... Think about it.... By the way, are you hiring? I can think of no other company I would want to dedicate all of my effort and time. Thank you WestJEt... just for doing what you do.. God Bless you!!

Twas just before Christmas, not a moment too soon That I booked a vacation in Vegas for june. We looked forward to seeing all those Vegas lights And booked with Westjet, our hotel and flights. Then an accident left my leg badly broken But Westjet Cares is a claim that's oft spoken. I asked about changing to a later date Confident in how their service would rate. So I didn’t expect the response that I got No changes no credits, broken leg or not. I said that we’re going, it seemed quite a dare But they resold our seats and still kept our fare. It's bad enough to endure all that pain A thousand dollars to Westjet has gone down the drain. Now anyone else is what I will choose They couldn’t be worse so I have nothing to lose.
I wanted to see the other 12 days of Christmas ones they list on their miracle hub blog but it's not on TH-cam and apparently their Facebook platform isn't working (that's so typical of Facebook). I love watching these at this time of year. It's so inspirational, but I WISH it was on TH-cam FIRST and not Facebook (isn't as accessible).
