That's exactly the type of design I was thinking would improve the ease of pumping a PCP hand pump, just by simply changing the fulcrum and the length of the lever... however instead of designing it in a way that allows the frame to rest up against a wall and permits the user to apply pressure to the lever using one's natural forward motion and body weight, you designed it in what is almost the most awkward and uncomfortable way possible... but the main idea is a good one, you just applied a poor implementation of the design.
