In many parts of the country agents use a 3-D digital system that creates a floor plan allowing viewers to scan around every part of the home and essentially do a digital walk-thru.
MARK: 🙋♀QUESTION RE TAX ISSUES: So if I understand you correctly the tax figure is worthless as the new taxes will be predicated off the much higher sales price correct ⁉ You'd think they would have an "honest representation" of taxes at that asking price... Makes me not want to trust them ❗
@@LJ-jq8og I say “take them with a grain of salt” because everyone may have different discounts and Realtors make a lot of mistakes on these figures in the MLS. So much so I don’t trust them in the MLS at all.

Correct. I have a 3D camera that does it. You would think the village would be an automatic in a listing.
