God, this is so amazing. Makes me long for a Namco revival. A reavival in which Namco has confidence in its arcade heritage like it used to. Namco used to be on top of the world. What happened??
@@2Shiba You don't need to tell me. Basically all the arcade racers are dead, and all anyone is interested in is open world 'simcade' rehashes. We'll just get Forza Horizon with a new map every couple years for the next decade, and several NFS games trying to relive the glory days of Most Wanted '05. Open world driving games with licenced cars are getting so BORING. We're never getting another Ridge Racer, Burnout, Wipeout, SSX, Motorstorm, F-Zero, Split/Second, Blur, Project Gotham or Hydro Thunder. There's no money to be made any more from traditional racers with single player careers and enclosed, diverse track selections. My PS1 and original Xbox get way more play time than all my current get stuff. The games are just more straightforward and imaginative, not to mention way cheaper.
