I just found this?? Let me say this, the RR franchise is and ways will be the best racing franchise ever. The soundtracks, game play and everything was way ahead of its time and that can't be denied. All the others wish they could be them. If they were still around, they would still be number one in the genre. Period.
It's by far the best franchise, with the best music and the most intense gameplay, but it wouldn't sell well nowadays. Ridge Racer represents that "special Japanese vibe" of the late 90s/early 2000s. Young people nowadays would just find it weird, and would go back to their generic racers with generic licensed music.
@@BeaugosseRiche It absolutely would sell well. Have you seen the demand for RR to return? I see it on almost any video about RR. It's an arcade racer at heart. A good one would always be welcome.
Awesome mix and great choice of visuals. Not sure if it was by accident or intentional as I know the visuals are looped but I loved how the best bit of the Euphoria remix fitted perfect with the dynamic shot of Reiko thumbing a lift from R4 at 44:55. Great work - keep it going!!
