Hi there, thank you for your comment and question! I highly recommend getting the normal VISpas. With the Kleine VISpas, you're limited to specific bodies of water in the Netherlands and restricted to using only one rod and certain types of bait or lures. For example, if you check Visplanner.nl and filter by "Kleine VISpas," you'll see that far fewer locations are available compared to the normal VISpas. The normal VISpas also allows you to use two rods, making it a much better option if you want greater flexibility and access to a wider range of fishing spots. Tip: You don’t necessarily need to get a VISpas from a fishing association in your own region or municipality. The normal VISpas gives you access to all blue-colored waters listed on Visplanner.nl. However, some waters are marked in orange and require a VISpas from a specific fishing association to fish there. Personally, I used to have two VISpasses-one for Almere and an Extra VISpas for Amsterdam. I eventually stopped the Almere VISpas because the orange-colored waters managed by the Amsterdam Fishing Association were far more attractive as fishing locations. Additionally, the only orange-colored water in Almere required a fly-fishing setup, which didn’t suit my style of fishing.
