These are storage solutions, if you've already got one copy it's probably fine to pick any. But if you really care about your data's safety you should look to backblaze or a backup solution. They'll have georedundant copies.

When your finished with something on your computer you can move it to the Vault section of sync, it then doesn’t use any space on your computer anymore. So with a hard drive, you just plug it into the computer and tell it to back up straight to the vault and it makes a back up copy for you there (without using any of your computers storage)

I don't need the files on my local computer because I don't want to fill up my hard drive. I don't want a NAS because if your house burns down to ashes then you are left with nothing. I store all my photos on two external hard drives. I keep one inside my house and the other one at another place but having an online backup solutions would be more convenient.
I have dubox account and all my files are dual audio movies. The problem with video player in dubox is it doesnt support on and off subtitles and audio track settings . Pls fix this problem. Pls update your dubox app and add more very important features. I like it but not much the best for me. Thank you

We are mainly concerned with health issues - some of them a bit controversial. We often "re-publish" material from other sources - quoting them of course. We have been having trouble with TH-cam flagging us. We are looking to have complete control of our material and to make it available to the world and our members of course. So we are thinking of publishing links on our web pages pointing to videos and other material. There is not a big need for collaboration - we handle that anyway. It certainly is an advantage if the servers are outside the USA... So it looks like SYNC right. AWS 3s could work as well - except for the location of the servers. Your suggestions would be very much appreciated! All the best
Sounds like you should consider a self hosted video solution with a membership option. Maybe look at bunny cdn for video hosting together with presto player if you’re using WordPress. But it certainly depends on your setup.

No. You can't sync an entire drive with Dropbox. You can't even really select folders either. You have to put it in the Dropbox folder. They do let you sync documents music videos and photos folder and that's it

Why some of your videos doesn´t have SUBTITLES ? For us non native english speaking, subtitles are essencial. And BTW, you talk too fast :) So, you can enable subtitles on youtube studio, for automatic english subtitles. Thanks.
