So much fun looking at this. Always super impressive. Maybe you can tell me something about the movement standard of the bar muscle ups. Is it allowed to bring the feet over the horizontal bar in the kip? In CrossFit it is not allowed but maybe in Grid they follow other standards? Like to learn more about it.

Hello! Yes it is allowed in Grid League. We generally have less restriction about how movements are performed as the goal is not to test fitness as it is in CrossFit. The goal is to perform the movement as fast as possible as an element of the race. This concept is also why we allow butterfly ring muscle ups and CrossFit does not. Thanks for the question!
