I never knew they had this mode. Now that's actually entertaining. I like this game somewhat don't play it just enjoy watching good people play it but I 100% would watch streams of 2 killers and 8 survivors that's sick
Oof, took me until midnight to *finally* have a moment to myself, where I can sit back, relax, and enjoy 3+ hours of John and Gary tearing it up. ....And I've been looking forward to this every. dang. second. of that long wait. 🥳🥳🥳
As a hairdresser the convo about the wig made me laugh 😂 but you could seriously google hair schools in your area and a student probably would do it for you for cheap 🤣🤣
Just finished watching the 1st match, and I wanna know why? I think the huntress and maybe the nurse are the only 2 killers that can kinda keep up with this mode, no? Cause the people are gonna speed through the 8 gen so quick. And you need long-range killer at least to lessen the time it takes to down survivors. Or else it's gonna be a long goose chase with 1 survivor, and by the time you get them down, 3 or 2 gens would have already been done. So, again? Why? Just asking.
Behavior knocked it out of the park with Chaos Shuffle and then followed up with another banger in 2v8. Just the thought of playing basic 1v4 is painful. I can’t rate 2v8 higher than a B though because 1) killer queue times are atrocious and 2) I has some major map bugs. But that’s all down to servers being overloaded with people wanting ti play, which is a good thing in the long run.
OOOH nice long DBD stream VOD!! 👀👀Ty for the upload, and ty for trimming down the wait time between matches! The Gary + John banter is top tier as always, Wesker smugly announcing/describing his own perks is one of my favorite DBD bits from Spine Chill so I loved its RESURGENCE (:D) here. 2 killers vs 8 survivors is really fun, it makes it feel much less low stakes and more loosey goosey party game again, I think because the matches go so fast even with more gens (ty no crippling gen slowdown meta) and the roles keep people from bringing optimized builds, and how quick the matches are and the madness of so many players makes it feel less like it's all on your shoulders to carry the match, it's just like go in, your hands are full all match, ok you're done, next one!
This game mode feels more like it's a fun point farming mode more than anything. If you're killer, you don't play to win, you play to just fuck some people up, maybe get a couple kills, farm a bunch of points and the survivors are just guaranteed to win if they aren't brain dead and are constantly running around farming points freely while genning.
I want some crazy crossovers to happen with future DLCs, characters that don't seem like they should be in this game but somehow make sense once you've heard who it is in a "that would be genius and/or hilarious" way. I'd love some DC/Marvel characters, anime, cult classic or more obscure horror or fantasy film characters, more real people like Nick Cage, Invader Zim simply because Gir and Zim would be hilarious and they could be killer or survivor and skilled at neither, or even Disney characters. I love when something bizarre works out perfectly.

I own DBD but my computer is so old that it won't run it. It's my dad's old and I do mean OLD work laptop. I'm going to try and get a Black Friday deal or something this year. John has helped me enjoy the game in the meantime. It's nice to know this will be an option in the future.
My friend and I have loved the 2v8 mode and so glad it was extended. I played killer for the first time and sucked royally. First person messed me up but it was great stomping on people
I'd want Yami Marik to be the killer for a YuGiOh crossover. Running around the map stabbing people with the Millennium Rod would be fun XD EDIT: 3:16:15 Aaand, that is why I'd missed watching John play Huntress, lol XD

this mode is so much fun. i already love trapper but having a friend put early pressure while i set up is AMAZING

It’s great bp for survivors and it’s fun to play two killers. Not like you can’t just play regular mode. I love it
