I tried PVA on several molds - didn't work great. It was quite a chore to get the part to release, and when it did, some surface damage was found where it didn't actually release and the mold stuck to the part - tearing the part finish.
Could I potentially use this product to create DIY pva packets with liquid? Similar to the pva packaged liquid detergents... And if this would be possible, please do suggest any ideas on minimizing my trial and error of DIY packaging :)
I suppose PVA will react the water in newly made soap, huh?! ... and I wondered too if it would have been appropriate for cosmetic use if the water reaction is not a problem.

I'm wondering about whether it's safe for cosmetic use as well. Apparently that's what's used in peelable mask facials, but I'm worried.
