Nope,
Both are different.
In Learned non use phenomenon, patient is aware of the weaker side but has Learned not to use it.
In unilateral neglect patient is not aware of the weaker side itself.

Great video, i am in the middle of seeting up a cimt program for myself. What exercises would you recommend for supination and pronation. I have got cards, trowel and bucket? Anything's i am missing Mike

Hello,
You can also train pronation and supination with following exercises:
1. How many times can you turn on and off a water tap in 1 minute?
2. How long does it take you to open/ close a jar bottle ?
3. How many times can you sound a pellet drum in one minute ?
4. How many book pages can you turn in one minute ?
5. How many tissues can you pull out from a tissue box in one minute ?
6. How many impressions of your hand ( thenar and hypothenar border) can you make in 30 seconds on a chart paper? ( The borders have to be coloured with ink before each trial)
7. Trowel, bucket and card use is also good 👍

Hello,
It's border not board.
Just use a camel brush and inkpot and use the ink to paint the medial and lateral edges of hand.
Then try to make impressions on a chart paper with each border/ side of hand
