      Try to match the number of time a normal person uses his limb.
      Take into consideration the likings and intrest of your father and choose task to be trained accordingly.
      Do watch more hemiplegia rehabilitation videos on our channel to get more insight and ideas to help make faster recovery after paralysis.

    What movement or activities can be designed for treating strong spastic wrist flexors and weaker wrist extensors. Also , when we facilitate wrist extensors movement using functional activities there is passive insufficiency. How to manage ?

    If in a limb flexor synergy is strong enough and patient is not able to do flex ion and extension and contracture start forming then in that case what we can do to break that synergy

      SCI treatment strategies are totally different and depend upon the level of injury.
      However there does exist some overlapping of few assessment and treatment techniques.

    Gud evening sir ... Sir I have 1 question ... There is a patient of stroke ... Paralysis on right side from last year and Right TKR ... 5 years ago ... Till now she is not able to walk even with walker ..... She is unable to lift her foor .... .. is there any chance of delay because of TKR ... Or smthing else... And what can be done to lift her foot above the ground
