    The monk near K Murthi is a Tibetan’s most respected Rinpoche. His name is Professor Samdong Rinpoche who’s the founder of current Nalenda university in India. He’s extremely knowledgeable and learned in Buddhism, ancient Sanskrit, Upanishad etc.. He constantly gets death-threat from China and was attempted several times but he’s so down to earth and doesn’t take many bodyguards around him while traveling. You would see him sitting alone with simple monk robes sometimes around trains’ platforms. He’s known to be able to translate every ancient Indian texts. He’s also known to assist in making a lot of Buddha movies in India. Even his holiness respects him highly.
    But seeing Rinpoche sitting silently and closely with Krishnamurthi Ji with a smile speaks a volume of knowledge K is sharing and he’s absorbing.

      @@lodussorus6151 But they did travel in different countries and in different contexts already, Krishnamurti and Tibetan monks, from Alaska to Australia, and they do have reputations, maybe it depends on the person, not general cultures and countries. So your statement is not valid, and a kind of malicious one, since looks like you wanted just to spread some mud on these men.

    @1:22:04 - the problem is that they're saying things like "let go of conflict", etc. Whereas Krishnamurti is saying it's not about letting go, but acceptance, or perception without thought/analysis/etc. When he says if you can listen to the speaker without thought/reaction, then you have achieved what he is talking about.

      Yes, people interpret what is spoken through their personal minds dictionary, to them a word may have a different meaning or memory associated with it, not what the person who spoke referred to.

    I am a therapist. The moment someone comes in and says they have “depression and anxiety” the game is on. They come to me for “help”. Freedom is at the beginning,so we start with the first step from AA “I am powerless”. Next we define the I as consciousness. Consciousness is its contents. The contents are all the past. The self is in the past. What is left? This is where my would be client moves on to a therapist who will give they a system for change, that takes time and generates income. This is the therapy game. There is a reason why k doesn’t have therapy franchises, it’s not a money maker. Sometimes I wonder if I am deluded my this whole k thing, as I have never had anyone in my world who knew k besides myself. It’s been 50 years now.

    • @rishikeshraut3948
      @rishikeshraut3948 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I applaud your style.. it is a welcome contradiction of my view, that all therapists are businessmen.
      While you can grasp JK, the common, suffering man does not have the bandwidth. There’s a reason other therapists are making bank, it’s precisely because they disguise themselves as saviours. Saviours give strategies and systems directed towards a mission, a path - while JK’s juice was in the pathless.
      You have to go where people are. Start from there.. you have to give them the medicine they need in a pill coated by what they want. If the troubled man pursued his association with a healer, purity is guaranteed. But the onus is on the teacher to attract, and keep them craving the good stuff, little by little, through their own preferred means, until they become a fiend, and reach a place where only the ultimate will do.

    • @SAGARBODKHE
      @SAGARBODKHE 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You are not alone. Not everyone has the mental capacity to grasp JK's ideas. To Understand these extremely subtle paradoxes and loops and seek a solution for these issues and feel a little bit more "free" is not simple.
      Maybe there are other paths to enlightenment, but JK 's path is more direct and subtle. It is highly intellect driven and it seems some of us have that evolutionary gift of curiosity which acts as a fuel for intellect. And we have no role or control over evolutionary traits. So I believe it's just pure luck that few people have that skill.
      You are not deluded, for sure. You have a gift of intellect to understand JK. It's rare!

    Estar rodeado implica ser consciente de la energía propia, podríamos sentirnos señalados y volcar energía para y desde el pensamiento (ego) estar rodeado (de gente, no importa cual) implica una seria atención. Krishamurti es una maravilla, aunque en ocasiones lo vi salir de un ambiente, pues a la terquedad de alguien no se le puede otorgar energía si no se involucra en descubrir qué podría comprender con ella.

    In the course of life from birth to death, harmony and conflict arise every moment. With samma-ditti (right understanding) of the nature of reality, one maintains samma-samadhi (right balancing) and get freed from defilements. Life is conflict. But, following the Noble Eightfold path, one can live meaningful life with dignity.

It does remind me of deep conversations I have that also go nowhere (there's one just like it in the Matrix, about synchronicity). I feel as though if I tried to explain many of things I've been through, it would be similar. I am not even able to talk about it in many cases. Because unless they come up, Krishnamurti wouldn't have had the opportunity to heal and clean them. Watching this, I realise how often my own mind falls into such trap. And I see K healing me so patiently and affectionately. He was doing the same for them. That's why he let it all come out while getting a little frustrated but also knowing how important it was for all this nonsense to be on record for the future generations. Because this is the nonsense that's to be healed in each of us. This is the nonsense that's to be observed in us even if we are seeing it in Pupul. Karya and Karn means cause and effect in english. Cause is effect, and the effect of the cause is a copy of memory- in the mind. They actually seem like two but they are really not. The human mind is composed of effects. Pundit Jee is dividing them into two seperate things but the cause is the effect. Everyone thinks object and subject are two things within the mind. But in the outer world, they are logically right. Obviously, this logic doesn't work within. Krishnajee doesn't understand hindi so others are misinterpreting what pundit jee saying.

    Why is the brain incapable of perception of the whole, and acting from that wholeness?
    The often unavoidable thinking mind can be balanced through level training so it doesn't obscure the whole as it tips into fragmented ignorance as emotion aggregates. There are various meditative techniques that can be fused together with holistic attention. One can blow thoughts away with breath. One can use repeat word double thinking keeping the thought feel equal. One can use visualisation such as the subtle thinking mind energy floating as a lotus , or see the energy as writing on levelling water/space(feeling back to the space between the nerves or pulses that are with it). Doing these exercises cocktailed with attention and also balancing exercises(ie standing on one leg) can bring a great joy of composure.

    @ 37:50....As long as one wants "the flower to blossom", it NEVER shall blossom. That's the problem. As long as the mind WANTS, all it will continue to do is want, hi-jacked by thinking and thought as it is. So, can a person "simply be?" For example; Can I sit still w my loneliness rather than grabbing the phone to chatter away w somebody else to assuage that loneliness w the courage to face the fact, "I am lonely?" Then through deeply experiencing that loneliness, the fear of that, the discomfort of that, finally understand that we can be ALONE and NOT LONELY? See the difference between lonely and alone. But as long as that person continues to cater to his own loneliness, that one shall forever remain LONELY. Every so-called negative state of mind, that state we do it to ourselves.😮

    The entire translation of K's speech to Hindi is incorrect. The translator did not understand the simple teaching of K. It's a no-mind state where the real knowledge rest. This is the self awareness that is embodied with love and compassion. As he rightly said, the reading of this is mere 'theory' but realising it through self enquiry the same become a 'fact'. I wonder why people are not understanding this simple yet profound insight 🤔

    Time is dependent. Time doesn't exist absolute in the space. Without time there can't exist anything but space. Time exist only when there is any material or light in the space. Because time depends/exist with a reference point. These references points are changes in the things, people, light, thoughts etc.

    I have read some of the comments here where the commenters give the impression that they actually understood him. I am questioning that. Let me summarise as if I would be sitting with K and having a one on one q and a:
    K - Thought is the cause of conflict and hence suffering. And thought is movement, i e psychological time. Memory is also movement, and hence, time. Do you agree with K on this premise.
    Me - yes, Sir. I do agree that it is evident through my observation that my thoughts are always in conflict with each other and hence created suffering, both for me and the people around.
    K - The next logical step is to ask, is there a pereption that is not the product of time? That is, can the mind perceive things, like this very qurstion being posed now, without movement in time? Without memory.
    Me - Completely and totally being honest, I don't know. Because I do not perceive this question without the mind trying to comprehend using memory on some level.
    K - Look at that tree ( from another talk). Really look at it? Can you look at the tree without having the knowledge that it is a tree?
    Me - Honestly, Sir, no, I can not. I know it is a tree, even if I don't think the word tree.
    And that folks is the door she was referring to at the beginning of the talk, at least for me. ❤❤❤

    These people are so full of borrowed knowledge and their ego's specially that big lady pupul. Jk suggestion is very simple put away all your words aside and just aware of your existence(not physical) which is beyond any expression. So simple but its very difficult to see through our complex mind.

    Also I was kind of disappointed by the definition of Tapas (burning impurity). Obviously that involves time. It’s not that hard to understand to go beyond thought which is time intellectually. To become totally aware of the process of thought is ending of thought and time (psychological).

    • @mohammedswalih2928

      This exactly. To be aware of the thought is the perception that K is getting at. The thought is in effect all the conflict which upon being observed ends on it’s own.

    Its very unfortunate what K says, i wish it were not so, for my own sake,
    I have knowledge and wisdom, skill and understanding that I,ve trained for many years, yet he,s right, and it brings us back to such a basic level of existence that its very hard to accept. yet its the only way, very sad. That all our understanding is worthless? Its a terrible truth that K speaks of, the sorrow as he puts it, that all our struggle has been meaningless.. how difficult is that to accept, it has however in a small way transformed my relationships.
    Nobody i have met has seen this truth, so everything i do is always an exercise in deconstruction, however i have encountered love, and its differentiation has become more obvious, for that small mercy i am eternally grateful, if still totally lost.

    In the the end of this debat Jiddu Krisnamurti comes to a conclusion that is only partially right. It is possible to listen to another persons question and what she is saying without using earlier learned knowledge or for a while using the conditioned brain. But if you want to understand what she is saying and possibly give an answer in words, then you have to dechifer this persons words, which is a linguisgic code. You can not do this without being trained in this code and which in this case is hidden in your brain and which you in this case must dig out and use. Thus, wheter it is soon or later, you in some way ressort to previously learned knowledge. If you can understand what the person is saying without using previous learning about words, phrases and their meaning, then you need to be a mind reader or a wizard. And then the person might as well throw spent Coffee ground or intestins from an animal in front of you on a table, and then you would understand the meaning of what the person would tell you or ask you about.
