Honestly, as soon as i saw the runaway child being turned into a nome... i immediately knew he was the one that six ate... i didn't want to finish the section but i had to. However through out the whole way, i just felt empty & sad because i just knew.
One way you could look at it is that the runaway kid's purpose was to set the way for Six. And that includes growing her hunger so she could eat the lady.
After playing little nightmare 2 and see the secret ending. Now it makes that we will get little nightmare 3 when mono is free and get revenge or find six.

Unfortunately mono is in a forever loop. He kills the thin man, only to become the thin man, then he gets killed by mono, and that mono becomes the thin man. It’s a endless cycle. There is no happy ending in little nightmares. There will never be a good ending.
The game actually achieved his goal in every sence, but this last chapter gives the most heartbroken feeling imaginable. He couldn't espace, he became a nome and he doesn't even get to live😢.

Okay I have a theory going on and I just want to throw it out there cause it has been bugging me to say it XD So with the three games, I would feel Very Little Nightmares would be first in the storyline since you play as a girl in a yellow coat who rescues Six but eventually die cause of the Pretender and falling off a cliff; however, the raincoat floats back up and drifts off into the ocean in which Six goes down the mountain of the Nest and gets on a raft and follows it. She eventually loses it and ends up on the shore of a beach that is nearby a forest and she sets off to explore, unfortunately, she is captured by the Hunter and is imprisoned in their basement, that is until Mono comes out of nowhere to rescue her. They go through the forest and put a stop to the Hunter, escape the Teacher, and burn the Doctor. Once you get close to the signal tower, the Thin Man begins to start chasing after you two and eventually captures Six. You now face the Thin Man and beat him with your much stronger powers. After the events of the signal tower, you are left there for ages due to Six's choice and eventually become the Thin Man. Six however makes an escape with the power she used from Mono, but in return, loses half her soul and now faces constant hunger. This then leads her towards the Maw, where she travels to a port of some kind, heads into a suitcase, and ends up at the start of Little Nightmares 1. You go through the events of that game and end up killing the Lady and earning her powers. You end up at the top of the Maw and that is where it ends, however, it shows that you never left doesn't it? I think Six eventually becomes the Lady and her power grows. That is basically the storyline, but what is cool is that there is a time loop involved because of Mono and his powers. Mono and the Thin Man, basically the same person, have powers to give off signal waves and those waves do not have a place in time, they are just signals, which means that these waves can travel between the past, present, and future. With bringing this up, as we notice at the beginning of LN2, we start the game zooming into the door that Thin Man is being locked away at, but right before we get to it, we get launched out of the TV in the forest. If any of you recall, at the end of The Depths of the Maw DLC, we zoom away from a TV in the Maw I assume and it turns on with static showing the Thin Man or as we know, Mono. What if Mono was in the Maw, to begin with as Six fought the Lady and killed her, he was surviving there and since Thin Man knows his own fate, grabs Mono from the Future, since LN1 happens after LN2, and brings him back to the past to free him to stop this cycle from happening, from Six doing the choice that creates this loop. Also by loop, basically the loop is: Mono saves Six, they go through LN2 and Six makes her inevitable choice, Mono becomes Thin Man, Six goes to Maw and kills the Lady, Six becomes the Lady, Mono is taken back to the past by Thin Man to free him from his prison, and so the cycle goes on. I may have made this confusing, but man does it just make me so happy cause this story is so freaking great. If I messed anything up or you want to add to the theory, go on ahead! Edit: As I was rereading this, I realized that Mono could not end up on the Maw since he is just trapped in the Tower and can never leave, man I thought I was on to something, but that TV turning at the end of the DLC on has to be part of something, it just fits so well, either way, I am not changing it cause I don't mind throwing it out there, but as I said, if any of you all have something interesting, go ahead and comment it.
Actually, Thin Man was never locked behind the door. He can leave his room when ever he wants ! A lot of people missed the comics, so they don't know. But if go find the digital comics, you will find the Thin Man capturing other children prior to the events of LN2. He reaches out from the TV and grabs a child. And Actually Six didn't climb into a suit case herself, she got kidnapped by the Ferryman and got brought to the Maw by him. Again, it's in the comics.
But guys....do you remember the room with the chair from the first game? Above the chair it was a person with long legs. I think that's The Thin Man (Mono) he killed himself....His shoes and legs looks exactly like Thin Man. But we can't see much more than that.

If the thin man got out the room and is waiting at the TV. Doesn't that mean he got out the room and wasn't killed by his younger self. Which means the signal tower failed to seal him. Meaning he is free to roam and wait for six. To be able to strike revenge.
Its possible, as technically he still exists in some capacity after the events of LN2 (this ending confirms that he is still out there after the events of the maw). And Bandai is interested in continuing the series so I wouldn't be surprised the thin man will make future appearances down the line.
Ever wondered why the Runaway Kid had a broken shackle on his foot. Why theory is that he was punished and put into slavery, and somehow escaped in the end.
I want more on the Runaway Kid and Raincoat Girl(protagonist of VLN). I want to know how Runaway Kid was captured and brought to the Maw and how Raincoat Girl's balloon crashed into the Nest. I hope if we get a LN2 dlc it's about those two trying to escape the Pale City together showing us places that weren't in the base game as well as new villains like the lunch lady and the barber
When I saw that the runaway kid was friends with all the nomes I had a feeling that he could be the one that Six murdered. When the Lady turned him into a nome, it instantly confirmed my fears. *Spoiler* *alert* All 3 games and dlc's are so good and every ending made me so sad :(
damn. that ending hit me bad. when I saw the room, the sausage, other gnomes scattering away and I started to piece it together I verbally kept saying no, no, no… poor little guy. I just kept picturing him being nice and offering the sausage and literally teared up.
Cried when i played it.... Cried while i was watching the video.... and i still cry everytime i think of the whole story of the franchise, the whole story of the franchise till this point is completely different than any other moment to me, tarsier studios made a Little masterpiece, gameplay , story and its morality cannot be described.
Unpopular opinion, but I actually don’t think the meat is made from children. I think it’s made from the guests. It’s a cycle, guests arrive, they eat, then they’re killed to be eaten by the next. The meat that gets processed is WAY too big to be the children. I think the children are actually sent to the signal tower to BECOME guests to keep the cycle going. Why else would The Lady have powers that suck the life force out of something but also don’t damage the body of the things she kills? I could be overlooking something but I think the only evidence suggesting that the kids are eaten is the fact that they are wrapped up and transferred somewhere else although we NEVER see the chefs making food with any of the body bags. We see some in the freezer but again, they look too big to be the children. But this is just wishful thinking on my part.
This DLC at least gave more explanation to what or who the nomes were, and the fact that they’re all children makes me feel less sorry for even killing the Lady. I like that this was going on simultaneously as the main story. Really sucks that the Runaway kid couldn’t escape with Six.
Yep, Much like the boys in Pinnochio who turn into donkeys, the Kids retain their consciousness after being transformed into Nomes. Well yes theres mono but the way you found is wrong. The Run away kid is five and he knows how to beat the Lady. He knew that Six was gonna eat him and with that because of sixs ability(sixs gets knowledge and abilitys from what she/he eats) Six was gonna be able to beat the Lady. His journay started before Six. And ended before sixs. So he needs to be five. We know that one (mono) is also alive by the teaser. So what happened to 2, 3 and 4? I actually think 2 is the girl that escaped in hideaway, also the one in the photographs 3 is propably a nome now made by janitor but 4 I dont know. I also think 3 and 4 were together as a twins so Maybe 4 escaped orrr 3 and 4 become chefs soo for shot:1 is alive 2 (? Not sure) could have escaped also could the one in photographs 3 (? The "Hanging Man" was apparently originally going to be a different character. It was confirmed by the creators

I wonder what happened to The Twin Chef Brothers?? Now that the Lady is dead they no longer need to cook for the Guests! hopefully they got out of the Maw alive and we'll get to see them again in the TV Show.

If the thin man got out the room and is waiting at the TV. Doesn't that mean he got out the room and wasn't killed by his younger self. Which means the signal tower failed to seal him. Meaning he is free to roam and wait for six. To be able to strike revenge.

Its possible, as technically he still exists in some capacity after the events of LN2 (this ending confirms that he is still out there after the events of the maw). And Bandai is interested in continuing the series so I wouldn't be surprised the thin man will make future appearances down the line.
Ever wondered why the Runaway Kid had a broken shackle on his foot.

I want more on the Runaway Kid and Raincoat Girl(protagonist of VLN). I want to know how Runaway Kid was captured and brought to the Maw and how Raincoat Girl's balloon crashed into the Nest. I hope if we get a LN2 dlc it's about those two trying to escape the Pale City together showing us places that weren't in the base game as well as new villains like the lunch lady and the barber
When I saw that the runaway kid was friends with all the nomes I had a feeling that he could be the one that Six murdered. When the Lady turned him into a nome, it instantly confirmed my fears. *Spoiler* *alert* All 3 games and dlc's are so good and every ending made me so sad :(

This is honestly sad bc i knew right away, and this made me tear up
damn. that ending hit me bad. when I saw the room, the sausage, other gnomes scattering away and I started to piece it together I verbally kept saying no, no, no… poor little guy. I just kept picturing him being nice and offering the sausage and literally teared up.
Cried when i played it.... Cried while i was watching the video.... and i still cry everytime i think of the whole story of the franchise, the whole story of the franchise till this point is completely different than any other moment to me, tarsier studios made a Little masterpiece, gameplay , story and its morality cannot be described.

Unpopular opinion, but I actually don’t think the meat is made from children. I think it’s made from the guests. It’s a cycle, guests arrive, they eat, then they’re killed to be eaten by the next. The meat that gets processed is WAY too big to be the children. I think the children are actually sent to the signal tower to BECOME guests to keep the cycle going. Why else would The Lady have powers that suck the life force out of something but also don’t damage the body of the things she kills? I could be overlooking something but I think the only evidence suggesting that the kids are eaten is the fact that they are wrapped up and transferred somewhere else although we NEVER see the chefs making food with any of the body bags. We see some in the freezer but again, they look too big to be the children. But this is just wishful thinking on my part.

This DLC at least gave more explanation to what or who the nomes were, and the fact that they’re all children makes me feel less sorry for even killing the Lady. I like that this was going on simultaneously as the main story. Really sucks that the Runaway kid couldn’t escape with Six.
Yep, Much like the boys in Pinnochio who turn into donkeys, the Kids retain their consciousness after being transformed into Nomes. But the Lady strips them of literally everything including of course their inability to speak.

Well yes theres mono but the way you found is wrong. The Run away kid is five and he knows how to beat the Lady. He knew that Six was gonna eat him and with that because of sixs ability(sixs gets knowledge and abilitys from what she/he eats) Six was gonna be able to beat the Lady. His journay started before Six. And ended before sixs. So he needs to be five. We know that one (mono) is also alive by the teaser. So what happened to 2, 3 and 4? I actually think 2 is the girl that escaped in hideaway, also the one in the photographs 3 is propably a nome now made by janitor but 4 I dont know. I also think 3 and 4 were together as a twins so Maybe 4 escaped orrr 3 and 4 become chefs
