Well. I myself have that problem. Perhaps, that is the reason why I do not show up in any video :). Jokes aside, belly fats can cause serious health problems. The solution is simple and pretty straightforward, a smart diet supported by strenuous continuous exercise. Thank you!

I guess I just dont listen! I have to up my weight lifting and Have CHEAT days! lol maybe that will work
