What is khadasani khand
Just a fish curry with coconut milk... should use white fish and not salmon... salmon has its own distinct flavour and so should not be mixed with overpowering spices... but that’s my preference... each to his own...

True, Salmon has it’s own flavour. But I like my salmon with curry flavours instead of the usual lime-pepper-salt-oliveoil route. 🙏🏻 But yes, Whitefish would do wonders to this as well. 😇
Is this thai?
As close to Thai flavours as I could get🙏🏻 You can use kafir lime leaves instead of lime juliennes or add basil leaves for that authentic Thai curry flavour. (I worked with whatever my availability was- without compromising on flavours 🙂)
This is not a Thai fish curry. Thai people’s not cook like this . In fish curry they not use ginger, they use galangal. Where is lemon leaves 🍃, lemon zest , common in Thai food as well as Thai fish curry. They don’t use tomato 🍅 in Thai red curry paste
