- We made the most of the warm weather we had last week and finally planted potatoes. The weather has been very changeable this year so it does feel later than normal but we are very excited to see what this growing season will bring us.

We have work boots and always use them down the bottom where it’s a bit more wild. I’m just useless at remembering to switch over when in the garden 😅
Great video as always guys, potatoes...... If a potato has 2 or 3 eyes/sprouts you can cut up and plant separately, when the start growing top them up (put more soil over them) this is meant to encourage more potatoes and can be done twice. You guys have come so far already, love watching your journey. Got to love when cats zoomie 😂

Be careful with mold 😮 Mold untreated can cause dangerous respiratory illnesses and can make asthma and allergies worsen.
vinegar can effectively kill the mold 😊
Well done so much progress love watching you two so much laughter // I live in Southern California this year I have planted so much I started my seedlings in February and just recently planted them I’m hoping this year I will have more things growing didn’t have a good outcome last year ( I did start late) eggplant and basil did very well Anyway I will see you next week 😊

Carlos, you are such a sweetheart to help your neighbor. My fathers lawn is knee high. His lawnmower is not working. And he doesn’t have any kind neighbors to even offer up the idea. So sad.
I love potatoes too. Sadly I have no garden. If anyone knows if they’ll grow in a deep pot next to my window, let me know. 😉 Next time you plant yours, I think you can cut the big ones in half. At least this is what I have observed others do. 😊
I’ve seen someone grow them in containers on TH-cam before. Not sure if it would work indoors but I’m sure us it’s a sunny enough spot it should work.

It’s the camera we have. We have had a few issues with it before that bed is an a deep trench but just doesn’t show up on camera I think we used 5-6 wheel burrows worth of soil in themed but looks like a couple of inches on screen 😅
