Hi Busayo, You're welcome. You can book with any airline of your choice. People come from different parts of the world to Qatar. But you need to book your accommodation from the list of hotels on discover Qatar website.

Qatar hayya visa does not require travel insurance. Only health insurance, and the health insurance is only 'mandatory' when you're staying more than 30days.

Click the blue highlighted part👇 under Document information and read the "instructions to upload my Personal Photo and Passport" There could be a variety of issues from image size to clarity etc. Check and correct the mistake you may have made when uploading your photo.

Do note Hayya visa is not a standard work visa. If you're searching for a job, note you have 30 days (A1 visa) to 90 days (A3 visa) to stay in Qatar. Even if you do get a job, you need to leave Qatar and re-enter with a work visa. So, goodluck on the reason you choose to fill.

Health insurance is only mandatory if you are staying above 30 days in Qatar. If you meant 'Discover Qatar' for your hotel booking. There are 5 countries, India, Iran, Pakistan, Thailand & Ukraine that requires you to book through discover for visa on arrival. Otherwise you are not mandated to book through discover qatar website & can use other booking sites. Additionally, if you are using applying for A1 tourist visa, you are simply advised to book through the Discover Qatar website. Pay the visa fee before arrival online so you can have your approval status & email before entering the state of Qatar.

Hi Chinedu, - If you're applying for Hayya visa there is no proof of funds requirement. - You can apply first of Sept - You'd likely get the Visa free entry visa, I can't confirm if you'd need to pay the 27dollars fee but if you are. You'd only be required to pay once your visa has been approved.

But apply for your entry visa in Nov if you plan to use A1 tourist visa as you'd have 30 days to enter Qatar before it expires. - For *Leisure* is good enough. - No, you don't need to log out and in. Once you've submitted, the authorities will process the application and change the status to Pending Accommodation Verification. That's when you can submit your booked accommodation. Thanks.
Hi Valerie, I have applied for a Hayya Card visa, and my visa was issued yesterday. I am planning to travel to Qatar at the end of October and have already booked my flight for that time. However, I am aware that visitors are required to enter Qatar within 30 days of the visa issuance. My concern is, if I do not enter Qatar within these 30 days and instead visit at the end of October as planned, will my visa still be valid? Qatar airways has the in transit visa on arrival option at their intransit desk. Visa on arrival is available for nationalities that are eligible, check if you are eligible on the hayya platform. I will also share a video on it later.

You can apply for a transit visa for 100 Qatar riyal at Discover Qatar transit desk of Hamad International Airport if you flew through Qatar Airways. Or if you fall under visa free countries, process through A3

With A1 tourist visa you have up to 30 days to enter Qatar from visa issue date. You also have up to 30 days to stay in Qatar from your entry date into Qatar.
Pls can you expatiate on this? My friends all got 90 days visa using the A1 but 30 days from day of entry. But most of your videos say it's 30 days visa for the A1.

No it's not, except you're looking for a visa on arrival visa & you fall under the countries listed in my video requiring discover hotel booking. You can just log in to your account on a browser with the email you used to open your hayya account. Or just download the hayya app and log in with your email and verification code. It will show once you're approved.
Pls if you're applying for yourself and a minor (your child) do you need to open a new email address for your child for their own hayaa account? Do you need to verify that you're the legal guardian of the child? I haven't seen any yt videos to educate visitors planning to travel as a family. This would really help
@ekamaeshiett8870 there are some questions I have answered on this in the comments. Every person ( adult or baby) need to have their own hayya account. Yes, you'd need to open an email for your baby, create their hayya account, and then apply. You can also verify you're the legal guardian where applicable. For accommodation, you can use same hotel as yours if your hotel booking covers your child.
hi, the A3 visa gives you 90 days visa issuance timeline. This may vary depending on the country you are applying from as a citizen. There are some that gives up to 180 days entry timeline. So, if you plan to enter late Jan, you can apply in Nov.

Hi Maryam, Apply in September ending. You'd have 30 days to enter Qatar from the date it was approved. Some people visa has been approved in 1 hour. This is, if you're coming from Nigeria and you don't have citizenship to the (visa on arrivals countries) with 180 visa waiver days.

It doesn't work that way. You have 30 days to enter Qatar from the date your A1 visa is approved. If you applied for A3 visa you might have up to 90days (3 months) to enter Qatar before your Hayya visa expires.

no, each of your children need their hayya account and apply for their visa through their account. You can use same accommodation reservation if more than 1 was booked.

@@angelaafolabimary2134 Nope. I decided to use a travel agency and they advised me to first cancel my current application by calling them. I called them asking them to cancel my application and they did so in seconds and told me re-apply (without me even asking if I could which I saw as a good sign). I had earlier called them to ask about the status of my visa and they said it was being processed before I called a second time requesting them to cancel it. I have reapplied but through the agency and I believe I will get it by God’s Grace. It seems they want you to go to through an agency because they have more credibility than you applying solo. I also saw it elsewhere on a chat forum where they stated that Qatar will likely approve the visa if you apply through an agency. Hope this helps.

Thank you for this video, you did an awesome job but I need to state this for Nigerians who might be watching for current information as regards to the Qatar Hayya visa. DO NOT APPLY FOR THE HAYYA VISA FOR NOW. They make you pay for a hotel through discover Qatar and delay your application till your hotel money expires. People are loosing money through this process everyday. Why woukd you make payment as a criteria for visa application and not approve the visas? Some people applied for this Hayya visa since September 2024 and up till now they have not gotten any response. I applied on 14th October and till today 1st of November it is still showing pending. The worst part other nationals and those with other visas are getting their application approved in HOURS, so it is not a glitch or error, it is a deliberate attempt to discriminate nationals of certain countries. I shared this so that an innocent person doesn't lose money in the name of visiting Qatar. I made this comment on 1st November 2024 and I will update you all if there anything changes. Peace out.

A1- Tourist visa A2- GCC resident visa A3- Visa with ETA This delay/ challenge might be linked only with the A1 tourist visa, so making a generalised response is not ideal. The authorities are also at liberty to approve or reject any visa application like in every other country. .. You'd be able to cancel your discover qatar hotel booking if you cancel 48 hours before your check-in date, if you are yet to get approval. Read the cancellations terms and conditions on the Discover Qatar website under Hotels for Hayya visa. www.discoverqatar.qa .. Hayya visa fee is paid only when you get an approval. For those that have family/ friends host accommodation in Qatar, no hotel booking payment is needed. Hope this helps.
You can pay with any functional payment card. Accommodation booked under Discover Qatar website will be refunded if denied. Also, you can book as pay on arrival.

Hayya A1 visa is a 30 days tourist entry visa. If you rent an accommodation in Qatar you don't need a hotel reservation. Add your mother & son as a guest under your accommodation in your Hayya account before you apply for a hayya visa for them. If your mother & son are indian, they can also get visa on arrival in Qatar airport if they have hotel booking on discover qatar website.
please note the hayya visa is a single entry permit. You will get an approval notification via mail, which also shows 'Approved' on your hayya account.
Discover Qatar booking is only compulsory If you are Indian and you are applying for visa on arrival, asides that. It's not compulsory. If you booked a hotel outside discover qatar and want a refund, please seek from the hotel as I don't know about it.
Please book your hotel from discover Qatar website if you're coming from India, fill your data correctly as explained in the video. Lastly, note that visa approval is at the sole discretion of the authorities. Contact +974 4441 200l22 or send an email to info@hayya.qa ..for more info.

Do note Hayya visa is not a standard work visa. If you're searching for a job, note you have 30 days (A1 visa) to 90 days (A3 visa) to stay in Qatar. Even if you do get a job, you need to leave Qatar and re-enter with a work visa. So, goodluck on the reason you choose to fill.

Health insurance is only mandatory if you are staying above 30 days in Qatar.
If you meant 'Discover Qatar' for your hotel booking. There are 5 countries, India, Iran, Pakistan, Thailand & Ukraine that requires you to book through discover for visa on arrival. Otherwise you are not mandated to book through discover qatar website & can use other booking sites.
Additionally, if you are using applying for A1 tourist visa, you are simply advised to book through the Discover Qatar website.
Pay the visa fee before arrival online so you can have your approval status & email before entering the state of Qatar.

- You'd likely get the Visa free entry visa, I can't confirm if you'd need to pay the 27dollars fee but if you are. You'd only be required to pay once your visa has been approved.

But apply for your entry visa in Nov if you plan to use A1 tourist visa as you'd have 30 days to enter Qatar before it expires.
- For *Leisure* is good enough.
- No, you don't need to log out and in. Once you've submitted, the authorities will process the application and change the status to Pending Accommodation Verification. That's when you can submit your booked accommodation.

I have applied for a Hayya Card visa, and my visa was issued yesterday. I am planning to travel to Qatar at the end of October and have already booked my flight for that time. However, I am aware that visitors are required to enter Qatar within 30 days of the visa issuance. My concern is, if I do not enter Qatar within these 30 days and instead visit at the end of October as planned, will my visa still be valid? Will I face any issues at the airport, or could I be stopped upon arrival?

if you don't get the hayya visa, discover Qatar will make a refund to you if you prepaid for the hotel.

You also have 30 days to enter Qatar from the date the visa is issued to you.

Visa on arrival is available for nationalities that are eligible, check if you are eligible on the hayya platform.

You can apply for a transit visa for 100 Qatar riyal at Discover Qatar transit desk of Hamad International Airport if you flew through Qatar Airways. Or if you fall under visa free countries, process through A3

Hayya visa is for a single entry, non-refundable / non- transferrable. If it has expired, kindly re-apply for a new visa.

With A1 tourist visa you have up to 30 days to enter Qatar from visa issue date.
You also have up to 30 days to stay in Qatar from your entry date into Qatar.
Pls can you expatiate on this? My friends all got 90 days visa using the A1 but 30 days from day of entry. But most of your videos say it's 30 days visa for the A1.

I plan to visit on September 23rd and I just submitted by document. After I clicked on Validate nothing happened. You can just log in to your account on a browser with the email you used to open your hayya account. Or just download the hayya app and log in with your email and verification code. It will show once you're approved.
Pls if you're applying for yourself and a minor (your child) do you need to open a new email address for your child for their own hayaa account? Do you need to verify that you're the legal guardian of the child? I haven't seen any yt videos to educate visitors planning to travel as a family. This would really help

Every person ( adult or baby) need to have their own hayya account. Yes, you'd need to open an email for your baby, create their hayya account, and then apply.
You can also verify you're the legal guardian where applicable. For accommodation, you can use same hotel as yours if your hotel booking covers your child.

hi, the A3 visa gives you 90 days visa issuance timeline.
This may vary depending on the country you are applying from as a citizen. There are some that gives up to 180 days entry timeline.
So, if you plan to enter late Jan, you can apply in Nov.

It doesn't work that way. You have 30 days to enter Qatar from the date your A1 visa is approved. If you applied for A3 visa you might have up to 90days (3 months) to enter Qatar before your Hayya visa expires.

@@angelaafolabimary2134 Nope. I decided to use a travel agency and they advised me to first cancel my current application by calling them. I called them asking them to cancel my application and they did so in seconds and told me re-apply (without me even asking if I could which I saw as a good sign). I had earlier called them to ask about the status of my visa and they said it was being processed before I called a second time requesting them to cancel it. I have reapplied but through the agency and I believe I will get it by God’s Grace. It seems they want you to go to through an agency because they have more credibility than you applying solo. I also saw it elsewhere on a chat forum where they stated that Qatar will likely approve the visa if you apply through an agency. Hope this helps.

Thank you for this video, you did an awesome job but I need to state this for Nigerians who might be watching for current information as regards to the Qatar Hayya visa.
DO NOT APPLY FOR THE HAYYA VISA FOR NOW.
They make you pay for a hotel through discover Qatar and delay your application till your hotel money expires.
People are loosing money through this process everyday.
Why woukd you make payment as a criteria for visa application and not approve the visas?
Some people applied for this Hayya visa since September 2024 and up till now they have not gotten any response.
I applied on 14th October and till today 1st of November it is still showing pending.
The worst part other nationals and those with other visas are getting their application approved in HOURS, so it is not a glitch or error, it is a deliberate attempt to discriminate nationals of certain countries.
I shared this so that an innocent person doesn't lose money in the name of visiting Qatar.
I made this comment on 1st November 2024 and I will update you all if there anything changes.

A2- GCC resident visa
A3- Visa with ETA
This delay/ challenge might be linked only with the A1 tourist visa, so making a generalised response is not ideal.
The authorities are also at liberty to approve or reject any visa application like in every other country.

If you rent an accommodation in Qatar you don't need a hotel reservation.
Add your mother & son as a guest under your accommodation in your Hayya account before you apply for a hayya visa for them.
