im definitely not in the demographic of consumers that this brand is geared towards, but i can appreciate that halsey came out with makeup that actually feels a lot different/unique from other celebrity makeup brands

I heard halsey used the eye paints by putting them on her hand first then applying, and she also mixed diff colors together, just like painting. Maybe that will be easier to apply :)

i'm sick of celeb makeup and skincare brands too but i think it makes total sense for halsey to have her own makeup brand because shes done all of her own makeup for concerts and red carpets and does fx makeup too! these products seem really cool

@@mavel2038 I’m well aware of that and I wasn’t referring to Halseys line. I’m sure she spent a lot of time working on it. I’m was talking about JLO. While make up should take years of hard work and dedication to make, it really shouldn’t surprise you that an artist or celebrity an come to an existing company and just select products already made and tested, slap their brand on it and sell it to us like they worked hard on it. It used to be the same thing with Perfumes.

I always wonder what makeup artists do with the products they try and don’t like. If anyone ever needs a home for minimally used makeup, donate it to your local social services, specially a youth shelter/program!
I am a social worker and the youth in my shelter program love to express themselves with makeup! Makeup has also been a helpful tool in the kids creating their self care routine 🥰

Same I touch near my eye and my tear ducts go fucking mental. Not really got sensitive eyes as I can touch my eyeball and it doesn't bother me(no purpose to doing this besides freaking ppl out)

Maybe you're using a bad eyeliner? I've found that ones that are pigmented that dont need a lot of passes work way better than ones that are less pigmented - which means more passes on my waterline. Practice makes perfect when it comes to getting used to the feeling on your waterline lol

I was getting that scaliness recently and used a little hydrocortisone cream on my eyelids before bed and it helped a lot.
@@bookgeek1979 you’re supposed to be careful with hydrocortisone on and around your eyes!
@@sheanemeth I just used the over the counter kind, 1%. And only for the time it took to get rid of the scaliness, around a week. I read on the eczema society's page that it should only be the 0.5%-1% near your eyes but it's not something I would use everyday.

That taupe shade used on the eye is like a perfect contour shade for your skin tone. I kinda doubt it could be used with how fast it dries down but I looks so pretttt
the black backdrop, the lack of music and not being over-edited, yeah this is going to be my favorite makeup channel from now on
Bruh this is the only beauty channel I can bear watching. Mostly everyone else is the copy paste version of each other from the way they talk to their looks. This channel is a breath of fresh air. Your content is digestable too. If that makes sense.

To stealing my teenage daughters makeup and following along with your tutorials and being like....DAMN, Mom looks good. The actual smell before rain is one of my favorite scents. It's called petrichor. I just got one of Halsey's liquid lips today. It dried down nicely, while leaving my lips feeling very comfortable.

I love this look! The pop of color in the inner corner is what really does it for me. I've never done a pop of color there, I usually go for outer corner. Im gonna try that for something different.

I love using smell before rain and cloned mixed together as a beautiful ashy light all over color. I have a bunch of the shades and using smell b4 rain to mix with them really works awesome! I would love to see another video of u using these products you totally killed it!!🥰🤩🤍🖤
