I have had hernia L5 S1 and sciatika right leg since 4 weeks. It started with a lot of pain 😢 but now it is better even at night some pain returns and i walk around the house and doing those exercises for about 15 minutes. My doctor said me that only operation can fix this but i am trying to avoid and waiting to be better . I hope 🙏

It feels like a miracle walking more today and the sun and air was super nice like a dream going out. I was stuck on the bed, or sliding to get to the bathroom and extreme pain to rise for that much . I work for myself lately and trying to get back to shape so sometimes i pull 24 hours or more straight if i feel like it thinking i can get in shape faster like marathon days , hard to explain ...it's what i call sometimes another effing learning experience but i think it had some purpose , i got educated a lot ..reply too long , best wishes God Bless you doctor...

i gonna do these i got to get back up and about man i'm not supposed to be stuck , i just worked too much , no particular injury , i lifted a wet carpet to dry it on a pole and it kept rolling off so i maxxed out over and over to get it on there , then i had to sit on my butt in court an entire day and i don't sit that long type stuff....thanks, God Bless you I'll have to check it out more today , nothing else to do stuck in bed

For someone like me, with arthritis of the lower lumber spine (and next to no cartilage left between the lowest two vertebra), wouldn't that Cobra pose or even movements arching back like that be placing unnecessary strain on things and thereby worsening my situation?

what if lumbar extension hurts left side. its a bad bulge as my straight leg test on my left side i can barely have someone lift the leg 2 inches off the ground? any help would be greatly appreciated . i have had lumbar surgery already a very bad 12 mm bulge since the surgery ive been great 2017. but i have a bad flare up right now.Usually extensions help a lot but i can't do them at all right now. so basically going flexion or extension is impossible . Im very active and i keep walking but that's about it.

I can’t do the cobra, it makes my back pain worse
Also those extension backward push ups do damage for those of us with spinal stenosis. Great for herniated discs thu
