Brok got back on his feet as he himself mention: “Graff and Ott were working on a separate project” which probably is to heal/or artificially replace his damaged spine, making him able to walk again. And why Brok came back to fighting is probably because it’s his passion. He used to be a boxer, turned detective and handyman because boxing was illegal and he needed the money for Graff. Now that Graff has a job and is save inside the Drum, he and Ott probably pulled the strings to have boxing legal again for Brok to enjoy his life now that he’s able to walk again.

@@ghmongo I see your point. This is ending definitely does not contribute anything to the canonical storyline. However, we can assume to a degree what are happening based on the details that lead us to this ending. Brok basically uncovered the mass genocide plan of Wes and stop him from going forward with it by sacrificing himself to save Graff, which in turn broke Wes’ ideology of Slumers are all evil criminal and needs to be eliminated. With Wes giving up his plan just like the Director wanted, she no longer needed to sacrifice herself to destroy Wes. Ok now the question is the fighting pit right? Like I’ve said, they simply made it legal again. How? Let’s consider the clues. Graff and Ott have always been pretty vocal about the terrible conditions in the Slums and wanting to change it since Ott’s parents live there. With Ott replacing Wes and with the backing of the Director, it is possible that they worked it out since they also made fighting pit legal again. Keep in mind that this did not happen immediately but as Brok has said, “for years.” So it’s possible Graff achieved an important position since he’s directly responsible for curing Brok. Potential Spoilers ahead! The game seems to hint that Graff is quite an important character. This gives a hint to what Brok did in the past, he came back and had to eventually stop Graff’s father by killing him (but he failed), this is confirmed by Lia’s words during the prologue nightmare scene. “You killed him” probably referring to Graff’s father. This is further solidified by Wes claiming that Graff is the root of the problem, and even “your whole family”. In conclusion? If Graff grew to be a good person that healed Brok with his intellect, we can assume that he achieved a high government ranking position given his background and who know about it. Together with Ott, who is the chief of the police they can definitely fix the current society to their image, bring Slumers and Drumers together. And if this is successful, they’ll definitely name Brok as the national hero, given he’s the one that made it all possible. And so, life goes back to before the creation of the Dome, which was when fighting pit and boxers are fully legal, and so we have this ending. Also did you know that the Tramp (Brok’s uncle) also knew that he time traveled? Which explains how he know where Brok lives and that he has a son.

This is solidified with Wes’ final message to Brok after his death to protect Graff, Ott, and Klay.
The best ending in my opinion is "fighting together" as all trying to get the slums better and they are happy of what they are doing, and progress will show it self by the time passing
Considering Ott is the mastermind behind Dr. Hush's murder and this is the only ending where he faces justice, this is the good ending. But seriously, hope you enjoyed the game and good luck finding the other endings!
I love this game a lot. This is my opinion on some of the endings, my N.1 favorite is: the."Slumer" ending, my 2nd favorite is: the"Drumer" ending, my 3rd favorite is: the "Rupture" ending, and last but not least. My 4th favorite is: the "t'ill the end of time" ending...
Brok never got the memory card out of his body before he got into the time machine. The "Out of the Loop" ending implies that Graff will read the message that Brok left for Shay. This implies a past and present mechanic.
yeah, I've been imagining a sequel to the game when I saw a full playthrough of it, I even imagined Graff meeting an old friend of his from when he was little, it be a girl though
Thanks for uploading this. I didn't have the heart to do something stupid that would obviously get Ott killed, and I don't have the time for the other two I didn't get. Also knew that Fall was going to be _rough._ But...wow. Also, in my headcanon, Ott still recruits the Squealer even if R.J. survives, because that's such a heartwarming scene ^^
My first playthrough was intentionally looking for game overs and doing the wrong thing, so Broken Detective and Fall were my first endings. I was surprised at how dark it got.
The first ending I received was "Till the end of Time". God, that was such a ride. I was hoping for Graff to be able to beat the squealers, and then have a moment with Brok later about how he fought them all off by himself. I was hoping that they could bond over it after Brok stopped being mad at Graff for stupidly risking his life like that. Instead, it got too real, and Ott was killed. I had a save ready but I was morbidly curious as to how this story would go from there and so, I refrained from save scumming. The next one I got was the Slummer ending. A much nicer ending, only for it to become harsher in hindsight when you realize that it results in Shay's erasure. And possibly the rest of the universe later down the line if nobody is there to build/repair the time machine at all. This game has emotionally drained me and I just can't wait for the sequel.
"Till the end of Time" and "Fall" are foils to each other. "Fall" has a good outcome for everyone else but the obsession of the past ruined their lives. While in "Till the end of Time", their bond is the only thing that stood the test of time.
@@darthskele The pill shortage is over. Wes is defeated. Dee and Sin are reunited (maybe). In the "Till the end of time" ending almost everyone in the slums is dead and Graff failed but they truly understood each other. Both are the result of the main characters resorting to violence too often.
I think I have to say CrankyTemplar, all of the endings in this game seem to be very sad and by sad I mean tearjerky in that they pull your heartstrings, not sad as in bad but they do make you feel sorry for Brok, Graff and all of the characters in the game who have it rough. This looks like it is an awesome game. Thank you for showing it. I think I will buy CowCat’s game Brok the investigator on the PS4. Now the only video that is left is for all of the ways for Brok and Graff to die and they face their game over cutscenes and game over screens.
Thanks, and hope you enjoy the game! I was pleasantly surprised by how much there is to do in this game. Game overs should be up tonight or tomorrow (probably the latter).
@@CrankyTemplar Will the Game Overs Video include all of the Game Overs that were originally in the prologue with the same cutscenes but with the updated Game Over Screens along with all of the other game over cutscenes and game over screens from the remaining chapters of the game?
@@leanderdupreez4349 You need to keep violence below 80% and Graff's relationship below 80%, ensure Graff's score is low enough to fail with the 40 point penalty, don't fight the rats and don't escape without being seen, have Brok choose to go with Dee, and complete the Wes interrogation.
@@CrankyTemplar Oh you bet I'm still getting this game and likely won't remember how to do everything. I'll be sure to save before the big turning point.
Another theory of mine is that another Shay finds out about Remn's plan of the triangle (Remn has the time machine and Shay stole and use it but Remn didn't know anything about Shay and thinks that's all Brok's fault) infact Remn said he will come back ti take back what belongs to him (the TM) Shay at first didn't use the TM properly she timetravels and damages it and like Brok doesn't remember all the parts of the facts so she has to dedicate her entire life to fix it (the Hacker also said she was closed in a asylum for 9 years) and eventually she starts this endless time loops thanks to Brok and that's the only way to save the world in the canonical ending. But we saw that if you break the time loop you'll eventually save the Slums cause you erase the TM, Remn and Shay's arc!
Cowcat is teasing what looks like a spin-off, dlc, or sequel tease this week with a new combat character. These endings definitely suggest a sequel, but there's so much to cover and he once in an interview said it will "take years." So much to go over: Brok's past Graff's past (BAD things happened to him before Brok based on ch3 open + physically adverse even when Brok is always nice) Lia's past (something is clearly off about her + her accident) Everything Remn Shay's past The 3 slum children (all connected to at least 2 triangles and Dr.Gerkin is at least known by Remn) I just hope he does whatever it takes to get us an ending that's some mix of Slumer, End of Time, and a conclusion for the timeloop.
Now that I saw all finals I have a theory: Remn is a paradox evil Graff that built the time machine to stop Brok and create the triangle (it was him that gave Brok the hat cause in another final when he disappears Brok lost it) anyway the time machine got damaged and Remn frozen for preserve himself. Shay found the TM and fixed it to stop Remn but she got stuck in a eternal time loop. But in some finals when Graff is happy with Brock or disappears or timetravels Remn don't come back it's this particular that make me think they are the same persons (cats) 😅
I loved the Slummer ending probably the best outcome too! Though I also enjoy the Diary ending too, That both Brok and Shay showed they're true feelings toward one another and get the chance to be together even if it was only a few seconds it was heartwarming but at the same time sad. Time and Destiny can be cruel that Brok have to be distant with everyone to go back in time to fix his past mistakes.
Someone should go through all the Atlasian alphabet in this game and do a compendium of everything that's written in the background. I'm sure that won't take an eternity and a half. /) After some work I did manage to translate some of the text in the bonus scenes: That board in the Frozen scene reads ''Remn Technologies'' (I can't make sense of the rest) and the writing on that building in Another time reads ''Central Hospital''. Very mysterious.
The Hacker said that in Central Light there's an asylum for dangerous loonies and Shay stayed there for 9 years maybe also Remn and Shay stole him the time machine and started this endless loop because she and Remn are more involved in the loop than Brok. Infact he can easily avoid the time machine and unlock the other finals
At this point i played this game many times and I love it. And graff is SO my favourite Character. I love this fuzzball so much ❤ :3. Canonical Ending reminds me about entering the lostcore and meeting himself as Greyscale and black goping eyes as he's gotten shattered across time and spaces, this place also reminds me about that one game that opens with theme called "Another Him" and where to create our own character. (You guys know what I mean)
Why i wanna slap the characters in this game sometimes. Like they sometimes make life harder for themselves it is really annoying, and i wanna know the next chapter of this
Yeah...i think i prefer the Slumer ending, but giving the circunstances of universe and time/space collapsing, the canonical ending is understandable...somehow.
Quite honestly, things get a little *too* plot-heavy in this game and it kinda goes off the rails, what with the time travel and alternate dimensions and the cosmic meaning of life stuff. I think it would've worked better as a straightforward classic detective story.
how i see it is that no matter what brok does, once he arrives back in time, the memories he had from the past 5 years are wiped out (remember - time erases memories), so he basically comes back in time for nothing. which is why everything is doomed to repeat - the squealers' coup d'etat, the global power shutdown, lia's death, you call it. this is what canonical ending implies - everything is in a loop. ...but this kind of makes me wonder. apparently, cowcat plans to make a sequel (remn wasn't in the extra scene for nothing, was he?), which supposedly should continue the events of canonical ending. but wouldn't that technically make canonical ending... nonexistent? because, if you think about it, if brok goes back in time with his memories intact, fixes all the bad things that could've happened, then the loop breaks. mistakes fixed -> no need for a time machine -> no more loops. so from the canonical ending we would derail to *out of loop 2.0?* this is what bothers me - the sequel can and will contradict the canonical ending. ... unless cowcat pulls some kind of big brain move that will explain everything without contradictions, who knows.
More of a so-so parent. But when I played I did give Graff the rent bill for his birthday to get out of paying for it as Brok. I don't think Graff was too happy.
The credit scenes play for certain endings but the outcomes can be the same regardless of ending, except for specific ones like the squealer chief being dead only in the Fall ending.

They know Graff’s future due to the time machines. This is solidified with Wes’ final message to Brok after his death to protect Graff, Ott, and Klay.
I can't stop playing this game.
Then you must be a glutton for depression...I might as well be...
The best ending in my opinion is "fighting together" as all trying to get the slums better and they are happy of what they are doing, and progress will show it self by the time passing
Thank you so much for all your effort. You saved SO MUCH time for people
I just finished my first playthrough of this game and ending up getting the “Till the end of time” ending.
Considering Ott is the mastermind behind Dr. Hush's murder and this is the only ending where he faces justice, this is the good ending.
But seriously, hope you enjoyed the game and good luck finding the other endings!
@CrankyTemplar wait what? How was he the mastermind behind dr Hush's demise?
I love this game a lot. This is my opinion on some of the endings, my N.1 favorite is: the."Slumer" ending, my 2nd favorite is: the"Drumer" ending, my 3rd favorite is: the "Rupture" ending, and last but not least. My 4th favorite is: the "t'ill the end of time" ending...
Brok never got the memory card out of his body before he got into the time machine. The "Out of the Loop" ending implies that Graff will read the message that Brok left for Shay. This implies a past and present mechanic.
the ending suggests a sequel oh god
The canonical ending is the one which will be used for a sequel...
yeah, I've been imagining a sequel to the game when I saw a full playthrough of it, I even imagined Graff meeting an old friend of his from when he was little, it be a girl though
1:36:14 Cynical Ending (Destroy the machine)
Remember kids: punching a time machine NEVER gives a good ending.
Ott is so wholesome, I agree he's got R.J. and Squilers on his department.
@@MrSilentProtagonist "Fall has a good outcome for everyone" a bunch of characters in that ending die though, not even mentioning the main ones.
@@darthskele
The pill shortage is over.
Yes, it will contain everything from Chapter 1 to Chapter 6. I am 19/20 game overs for Chapter 6 but I think one of them isn't counting properly.
How can I get a canonical ending?@@CrankyTemplar
@@leanderdupreez4349 You need to keep violence below 80% and Graff's relationship below 80%, ensure Graff's score is low enough to fail with the 40 point penalty, don't fight the rats and don't escape without being seen, have Brok choose to go with Dee, and complete the Wes interrogation.
I can't stop watching to see these endings dispite really wanting to play this game.
I'd definitely recommend trying out the game.
@@CrankyTemplar Oh you bet I'm still getting this game and likely won't remember how to do everything. I'll be sure to save before the big turning point.
Another theory of mine is that another Shay finds out about Remn's plan of the triangle (Remn has the time machine and Shay stole and use it but Remn didn't know anything about Shay and thinks that's all Brok's fault) infact Remn said he will come back ti take back what belongs to him (the TM)
Shay at first didn't use the TM properly she timetravels and damages it and like Brok doesn't remember all the parts of the facts so she has to dedicate her entire life to fix it (the Hacker also said she was closed in a asylum for 9 years) and eventually she starts this endless time loops thanks to Brok and that's the only way to save the world in the canonical ending.
But we saw that if you break the time loop you'll eventually save the Slums cause you erase the TM, Remn and Shay's arc!
I got the rupture ending on my first playthrough lol... I just noped my way out of the Squealer's area fast
Cowcat is teasing what looks like a spin-off, dlc, or sequel tease this week with a new combat character. These endings definitely suggest a sequel, but there's so much to cover and he once in an interview said it will "take years." So much to go over:
Brok's past
Graff's past (BAD things happened to him before Brok based on ch3 open + physically adverse even when Brok is always nice)
Lia's past (something is clearly off about her + her accident)
Everything Remn
Shay's past
The 3 slum children (all connected to at least 2 triangles and Dr.Gerkin is at least known by Remn)
I just hope he does whatever it takes to get us an ending that's some mix of Slumer, End of Time, and a conclusion for the timeloop.
Wow Michael Kovach could use an Emmy or a nomination Emmy for his vocal performance in the canonical ending.
It’s so sweet to see Brok and Graff in a heartwarming father-son relationship😊.
Ooof, i haven't played this game yet, but getting this canonical ending seems a beast of a thing to get.
I just want to give Graff a hug & convince him to reconcile with Brok...😢
I got the canonical ending on my first playthrough. I was just annoyed that Graff said that stuff about his mom... He's kind of a brat.
After some work I did manage to translate some of the text in the bonus scenes: That board in the Frozen scene reads ''Remn Technologies'' (I can't make sense of the rest) and the writing on that building in Another time reads ''Central Hospital''.
For me Slumer is the best ending ❤
Remn is graff father?! That disappeared?! And there he is! He is frozen?
Why is he frozen? What’s he waiting for? And what’s his grudge with Brok?
Frozen in stasis. Wish there was a part 2 of the game.
@@gabelster3729What if… what if Remn is the one responsible for the accident? What if he’s the one that abused Graff?
At this point i played this game many times and I love it. And graff is SO my favourite Character. I love this fuzzball so much ❤ :3. You can imagine how much the brutality ending absolutely wrecked me. ( my second favourite Character is Shay)
And the reference to Talespin ( and chip 'n Dale, too.) Is just genius, because I thought the game looked just like the show since i first saw the trailer.
I hope we will get more from these Characters.
I really enjoyed the game and was pleasantly surprised by how many endings and options there were. Definitely hoping it gets a sequel down the road.
i like this ending 1:39:00
Mission Completed is Happy Ending for Brok is a Gator Victory
Thank you so much
I missed the drummer ending by 4 points and got the Rupture ending
Rocked this hidden masterpiece after the Steam sale. Diary ending is just beyond me, so kudos.
More carrots left dangling than the Zero Escape games this seems inspired by. Half props, half wish there weren't so many. I don't like leaving theories on indies because the creators lurk. 100% wishes if any of my clock hands on this broken watch end up right it won't change their wishes for future works:
THEORIES
*Remn is short for Remnant. Remnant of Graff transported through timelines. Hates Brok so much for ruining life he travels into past to kill him for a better future. Fur color maybe diff because of alt reality or maturity.
*Graff isn't Remn's kid but someone else's. Maybe not even Lia's.
*Shay finds Remn's invention and tries to fix it, creating the time loop
*Brok's grandpa adopted him. Could be another version of Graff's time travels. Also why he cares so much about Graff (My *children* comment in secret ending)
*Brok blocked out beating Remn, realizing it's his grandpa so he could save Graff (His past Grandpa)
*Timeloop shenanigans causes all of Brok's miseries, including the Squealer beatdown incident
*Invention causing timeloop the fault of collab between the new Government: Drs. Klay, Ott, and ***helper*** Graff (bitter Slumer)
That's just a THEEEEORY. CowcatGames at least give Dr.Mink a BIG girllwife in follow-up. Man deserves as much lovin' as possible w time he has left.
The ending I want vs the Canonical ending.....damnit.
Bro that is happening to me too i dunno what ending its better because the canonical its the true ending you know and i like it but the ending of this one its like "i fought for nothing"and that makes me feel bad but in ending i want i like how It ends but the simple fact that it is not canonical makes me very sad and dissatisfied
This is great
Canonical Ending reminds me about entering the lostcore and meeting himself as Greyscale and black goping eyes as he's gotten shattered across time and spaces, this place also reminds me about that one game that opens with theme called "Another Him" and where to create our own character. (You guys know what I mean)
I got the "Drumer" ending. So Boring. Who knew being a perfect child would lead to such a boring lifestyle?
Why i wanna slap the characters in this game sometimes. Like they sometimes make life harder for themselves it is really annoying, and i wanna know the next chapter of this
I am kinda the same, but wanting to scream at them to get some effing therapy
@@LadyJuse True thx i am not the only one. Sometimes a simple talk would fix many problems
I still don’t know who was talking to graff. Can someone tell me
At what point?
@@CrankyTemplar when they were suggesting he leaves to be on his own
Yeah...i think i prefer the Slumer ending, but giving the circunstances of universe and time/space collapsing, the canonical ending is understandable...somehow.
How do you get the "Tramp is invited to eat inside" ending? Or is that not a thing?
I don't believe that's a possibility, as each time Brok offers the tramp declines.
@@CrankyTemplar I must be remembering some fan art I saw.
I really wish we can have a sequel for this game, no matter how much it last
I think there eventually will be one.
@@CrankyTemplar i hope so 🤔 the cliffhanger is brutal specially with the all collectibles extra scene
Jfc i wasn't ready for the fall ending 😅
Yeah that one just got me depressed and made me pause the video for a while
It made me laugh lol
Bjorn the bear? Are we talking about the same one?
Quite honestly, things get a little *too* plot-heavy in this game and it kinda goes off the rails, what with the time travel and alternate dimensions and the cosmic meaning of life stuff. I think it would've worked better as a straightforward classic detective story.
Please can someone explain the Canonical ending? I just finished the game and it was a punch in the stomach emotionally, but I'm a little confused.
how i see it is that no matter what brok does, once he arrives back in time, the memories he had from the past 5 years are wiped out (remember - time erases memories), so he basically comes back in time for nothing. which is why everything is doomed to repeat - the squealers' coup d'etat, the global power shutdown, lia's death, you call it.
this is what canonical ending implies - everything is in a loop.
...but this kind of makes me wonder. apparently, cowcat plans to make a sequel (remn wasn't in the extra scene for nothing, was he?), which supposedly should continue the events of canonical ending. but wouldn't that technically make canonical ending... nonexistent? because, if you think about it, if brok goes back in time with his memories intact, fixes all the bad things that could've happened, then the loop breaks. mistakes fixed -> no need for a time machine -> no more loops. so from the canonical ending we would derail to *out of loop 2.0?* this is what bothers me - the sequel can and will contradict the canonical ending.
... unless cowcat pulls some kind of big brain move that will explain everything without contradictions, who knows.
I can’t *believe* that in order to get the true ending for this game, you need to be a shitty parent
More of a so-so parent. But when I played I did give Graff the rent bill for his birthday to get out of paying for it as Brok. I don't think Graff was too happy.
@@CrankyTemplar Probably still an upgrade on giving him his own hair.
@@napoleoncomplex2712 True, I was trying to teach Graff responsibility by having Brok dodge his own obligations!
Fall ending is horrible 😢
Definitely.
The whole point of that ending is for the brains and brawns alignment system.
Worst ending of the game by far.
GRAFF R.I.P
Damn, does Michael get around... not like that!!
Hey, is the possitive outcome credit the same or different
Compared to what?
@@CrankyTemplar the true ending, the final battle against Wes, and getting good all the way with Graff if possible
The credit scenes play for certain endings but the outcomes can be the same regardless of ending, except for specific ones like the squealer chief being dead only in the Fall ending.
@@CrankyTemplar I went with Tidy as the killer, Rj as a friend, Sin and daughter reunited,
@@CrankyTemplar You're not kidding about the Squealer Chief part. Everyone's dead/alive status in the "Til the End of Time" ending is listed as a "?" aside from Brok, Graff, Ott, and... the Squealer Cheif.
How can R.J die? in my playthrough there was never a time his life was in danger
You need low friendship and when he collapses you need to pick the option that delays helping him.
Seems weird to get the canon ending, you have to throw video game logic out the window
1:10:26 😢
how do i get 100 points on the exam?
You get the answers to the exam later on your phone. You can opt to reload and try again. Just be careful that if you finish too quickly you'll get penalized.
@@CrankyTemplar Well and in the following chapters with graff what more things do I have to do to get the total score?
The "Fall" Ending is basically: "Brok is a fucking asshole, the movie", like... jesus christ...
If you chose to be violent enough to get that ending you kinda deserve it. It's not really the type you're likely to get by accident.

You need to translate the in-game language to get the individual numbers. When looking for the translation someone had done I found the actual code.
@@CrankyTemplar what!?
