I think it’ll be good for you to go back through the playroom anyways. Going through it a 2nd time will really show you what you have an attachment to. I bet you’ll even let go of things you weren’t ready to the first time.
Omg you really shouldn’t be that hard on yourself. You have made tremendous progress and should be very proud of yourself. You are doing great and a fantastic inspiration to me and many others. When you do the garage sale and see how much stuff goes (think of all the joy you had with the items and your giving that joy to someone else, how fantastic to do that) and the space you gain, it will give you new motivation to keep going. Your amazing. 👏👏👏
I have been following you for the past 3 years, and after your Basement video of yesterday I just wanted to come back to the beginning and WOW!!!!!!!!!! This was soooo fun! I think even you should watch this House Tour again and be absolutely blown away at how far you have come!!!!!! I love allll your videos, but the Basements progress is for sure my favorite!!!
"Things fall apart. The center cannot hold." Meaning that disorder is natural, the decluttering process is constant and it will slowly improve as you continue your efforts against entropy! Beautiful progress! Practice makes perfect!
@@littlefixeswithheidi1267 It's a quote in multiple books. The concept of Entropy can be applied to so many realms. The one I read was Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe.
You can be very proud of what you accomplished for yourself and your whole family! I also think it was a clever decision to make it public and talk about it - it might help keeping it up. Moreover, I think you are helping a lot of other hoarders. Thanks a lot!
You’ve come such a long way. It’s a process! And it’s wonderful that you’ve been able to maintain the rooms you have. Keep up the amazing work and positive attitude! I’ve noticed that if we apply terms to ourselves we believe them and and become them. Maybe instead of saying “I am a hoarder” you can say “I am not a hoarder, I was a hoarder and now I am changing that”. I also understand the idea of wanting to keeping something new, but to me when something is in a new package or unwrapped it makes me sad. I want to know that the item that was given to me is being used and loved. It’s like seeing someone with smile lines you know they had a great long life laughing and smiling. It’s the same when I come across a tattered book, you know it was loved and read many times. Maybe changing the way you think about new vs used can help encourage you to use them. I hope this helps and doesn’t sound condescending. I sincerely love watching your journey and appreciate you sharing it with us. 💕
You may not be ready for it yet, but I want to suggest this again. Take a picture of the things you have strong memories attached to, and you will be able to hold on to the memories without needing the item itself. Perhaps not now, but down the line it might be an option. As always, rooting for you!
I understand when she says that pictures are not the same. I have an awesome friend who made a quilt from my babies clothing and receiving blankets. It's like churning and not churning at the same time
I'm not disappointed in you. I'm new in my journey and I had a garage sale this weekend. Letting go of my things and some of my kids things has been tough, but I do feel lighter at the end of the day. It's a process. Give yourself a break.
I think you’ve done amazing and decluttering is just one phase (not a small one either!), maintaining is totally different and need systems set up. The fact that you are aware of your behaviour patterns shows great insight. Hubby and I are in our early thirties and decluttering 10years together in a tiny 2 bed apartment took me 3 years and I wasn’t working so seriously this is a win! 💕
Garage i would plan a weekend to tackle as a whole family. Organize into categories as you remove it. Get hubby to put up shelves and get storage containers with labels. It will be wonderful when it is done. And your hubby will love it functioning
Great job keeping the majority of your rooms clean. Maintaining the rooms is a difficult task and you’re working on changing your habits. I’ve had a similar situation with our extra room. Hope you have a lot of success at your sale tomorrow!
Good job on decluttering! I would clean the garage together with husband. Pull some of the stuff on yard and divide to his and yours and then you would declutter your own piles.
December 2023. I remember when the back bathroom was hoarded up. I get rid of 20 items each day. There's more stuff, but it's not mine. Tina, Al's wife
You just weren't ready for the playroom at that time. You are strengthening the parts of your brain associated with decluttering and organizing. You are getting better and better and you will be ready someday. Also, I cannot imagine trying to work full-time and have kids with activities and care for a home. You must be dead tired every day.
Wow, your progress is amazing! You kept it up so well! Please don't think you're dissappointing anyone out here ! You are doing this for yourself and your family, and you're rocking it! I hope you feel accomplished and proud. I think keeping a list of what's coming in for a while is an excellent idea! This will give you a reality check and will allow you to see where you can best start letting less stuff in. And by the way, don't worry about the number of videos. Two videos a week is already A LOT!
I’ve been binge watching your channel kinda mix and matched and all I have to say is good job! I’m very proud of you and keep it up! You’re doing so great!!! There’s going to be small bumps in the road but this is a process and you’re doing very well!
Thank you for your honesty, you are so strong and so brave! The living areas of your home are looking great. And you are capitalizing on that feeling of enjoying the rooms you have done. It is so much easier to live your life without tripping over things in every room. :) Awesome!
Do not beat yourself up. You have done amazingly well. You need to understand that this is not a one and done process. You cannot fix years of bad habits in a few months. This will take years and several decluttering sessions and that's ok as long as you are consistently moving forward. Flylady says if you are having trouble keeping an area clutter free, a hot spot, either remove the furniture to another area or make it pretty so you dont want to clutter it.
I love you for being real and not pretending that I'm now all changed and perfect💞 it gives me encouragement to try again and again after falling so many times😊❤
Your (us?) followers aren’t the ones looking for apologies. Your sons are the ones that are unable to play in their playroom; as you have time and the mental stamina, get back into the playroom and let the kids focus on what they want and don’t want anymore, and what they don’t want that you still have a sentimental attachment to, set a period of time where it can stay in the basement, perhaps, until you feel ready to let it go. I’ve tried very hard to make my kids focus on the One In One Out rule. For each toy that is brought into the house, one needs to go to accommodate space needs. I can’t wait until you get into the basement! You’re doing very well, just keep up the momentum and in no time you’ll have clean and tidy rooms and spaces that are decorated to your liking! You’re not alone in the boat... there’s a hoarder inside all of us! 😉
Like most have mentioned you have not disappointed anyone! You are doing great hun. We all have our set backs we're only human and we all make mistakes. Best thing to do is learn from it and try adjusting your methods for better improvements. But at your own time and pace. Hopefully you are able to convince hubby to let you record his decluttering of the garage. That be a great video. Aaah can't wait for future videos
You are doing sooo great, both with cleaning out and with the mental process. And how sweet and gentle you are with talking about your husbands stuff and how you can help him to. I love how you keept your bathrooms/toilets so Clean and decluttered and as you say, it´s a process, what happend w the playroom is part of it.
You are doing great - thank you so much for sharing! This has to have been a new kind of 'vulnerable' for you, so thank you! I cannot wait to hear how the garage sale goes and to continue to watch your progress! xo
I am so proud of your progress! When you get to the basement, it may be helpful to start with all of the cardboard boxes. They're bulky & take up a lot of space. Break each one down for recycling & get it out. You have plenty of plastic tubs for storage and organization. Just a thought!
You should be proud of yourself! I’ve just found your channel and I’m impressed with your efforts. I get why you are a hoarder but your house doesn’t have the dirty vibe at all. Im loving your Heart it’s big and loving❤️ Sincerely Debby/NS 🇨🇦
When your boys grow a bit older, they might want/need separate rooms. Playroom would be perfect for that☺ Life changes all the time.. I have lots of things I don't even remember. But when I find them, there is some weird sentimental urge to keep them. I try to get rid of things like that, and then I just try to forget the fact that I donated those things. By doing so it doesn't 'hurt' so much to let go😅 Basically I am just tricking myself, but I don't mind as long as it works😅😅
Dont feel you let US Down, just do the room one more time. It Will be easier this time. You have grown so much. About the basement - just take it one little bite at a time, you Can do it girl! ❤️
Ahhhhh thank you for your channel, it's reassuring to know l have Horder sister's .lm in the process of clearing my mess. Godbless you and your family 🙏🙏🙏❤️💋 Love from England 🇬🇧
One more thing - the biggest thing I’ve noticed for keeping my own self organized (and my dreams of starting an organizing business) is that we never take full advantage of the vertical space our walls offer. Use shelves or wall cabinets and make sure everything is easily accessible! I can’t wait for you to tackle the basement and garage! So pumped for you on your progress! You’re doing so well!
If you're struggling with the habit of just putting everything on the table as you walk into you house, it might be an idea to make a reminder there. Maybe just get a piece of paper saying "put your stuff away" and tape it to the table. Might be an excellent reminder to hang that habit. I struggled with that habit as well, turns out that my cat really likes the taste of my bag, so if I don't put it away immediately after I get home, she'll eat it. Really helped me change that habit haha
You are on a journey... Set backs and finding other paths are a part of it. Every little bit you do is an improvement. Remember progress, not perfection! You are brave beyond words... I know your struggle, I have lived it. I will probably be working on it most of my life. Don't be discouraged, keep on as you can, celebrate your wins no matter how small 😘
You're doing so great. Hope the garage sale helps tremendously. I have a suggestion. Keep going into the house and pulling more stuff out that you can put directly into the sale. Have someone else man the cash table so you're able to do it! It will help you get rid of even more!
I have been binge watching your videos and you deserve a lot of praise for being your own healer. You detected your problem, went deep into the underlying reasons and found solutions along with the willpower to change it on your own. You are truly awesome. But the main reason I want to write this down is to tell you that you are endowed with a terrific vivid memory. You remember and visualise the experiences you have had exactly as it happened and this is your reward. So you don't need to hold on to your stuff as you already have them in your memories. Maybe you can take a picture of items for each year and make and album and write down what they meant to you once. But that's it! You already own those items in your wonderful heart&brain. Another thing that saddens me is that you have waste time, money and energy on all those things when you are a great mama, daughter, sister, wife, worker, friend, believer, etc. You have so many valuable roles in this world and in those people's lives around you. Why would you torture yourself with all those items when you have a great memory. It is time to make even more memories for yourself by reducing your workload of handling thousands of things. Lastly, it also saddens me to feel that you are not supported with your husband, children and family enough in this process. They need to see you struggle emotionally and physically quite a bit and become your walls to protect you, to support you and to ease this process for you. I feel everybody in the house need to develop some organizational habits, not only you and find ways to stop or organise that come into your house everyday. It may be your husband's duty to pick up and organise mail every day after work. It is nice that you are setting an example for your children for both organising and dealing with difficulties in life. It may be the time to let them tackle the play room by themselves and create categories on their own. They have plenty of energy anyway :) You have a beautiful heart, a strong personality, a wonderful memory and many more, so you are so valuable. I hope you enjoy every moment of your life and stay healthy. Lots of love from Turkiye.
Im very proud that you have keep some of the rooms clean. My suggestion for you is to try to make space on the garage to put most of the stuff that is in the playroom and in the laundry in order to have the house completly clean and then get as much stuff from there and the basement to sell in the garage sale and keep doing garages sales most of the summer to help you financially and with the decluterring. After you have the house clean of all the stuff then you can start to make videos decorating the house.Good luck and keep it up.When your husband see you getting rid of more stuff it will motivate him to clean his.
Girl, to tell you the truth I was a little dissapointed when I saw the play room, but you know? When you showed us the rest of the house I really can say how much you have acomplished, you really got this, keep it going. Im sure your family see the difference and are super glad
Setbacks aside, you are still on the right track. You acknowledged your problems and fears and are working on them. Maybe you could visualize one of your positive entries from your 30 day hoarder challenge in places that keep collecting clutter. Positive reinforcement instead of guilt😘
You don't need to apologize to us, we know how far you've come and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is So very proud of you 😍 Maybe once a month do a video of one of the rooms you've already done, that way you can keep on top of stuff. Keep up the good work you are truly an inspiration xxx
Hello my sweet unicorn friend! BRAVISSIMA! you are doing so well in maintaining! really! please don't ever feel you are letting anyone down! You are so brave in sharing and it does help. As someone else wrote already, healing is not linear it takes its own curvy bumpy road and (unfortunately) what you experienced in that ONE room...do you realise you maintained ALL the rest??? is what tends to happen. It has happened to me many times, to bring almost all of my flat to a point I could have dinners, and friends, and family, (with a few stacks in one room but nothing major) and having compliments on how pretty my flat was and then BOUM major setback...in my case it was not limited like you to one area, and that is what brought me so down this time around again...working my way back, with a huge struggle. Back to your spaces...one positive thing can come out of that minor step back...try to notice in your heart and with awareness why THAT room. One thing is that you always told us it was the most emotional part, your kids' things, the other that comes to mind, is that it is the "least" functional room in an everyday routine, potentially it could not exist and life can go on as is...while the other rooms are lived on a day to day basis...just offering some thoughts on it as they come, no conclusions. GOSH!!! you have a yellow plastic shelving unit in your basement...I had THE SAME ONE as a kid when I lived in the States at one point and really loved that...speaking of attachment...do not know where that ended with all our neverending moves...and you know what? I just figured out why that shade of yellow is one of my favourite colours!! I was happy then and there...and I painted my living room walls that same colour...wow..maybe it is the most common shelf in every house in the USA but I have never seen it again and it really touched me...sending you always Light and Love...best of luck for your yard sale...DON'T LET ANYTHING GET BACK INTO THE HOUSE SHOULD IT BE UNSOLD! 🙏🏻💚
A suggestion to how to declutter large rooms would be watching The Messy Minimalist 's videos. She's not a hoarder (I don't think) but they have a business so they have massive storage spaces filled with clutter. There may be good tips for you
The Messy Minimalist is the first TH-camr I followed for decluttering videos. Her videos were and are really helpful and they show, that decluttering is an ongoing process 😊 Great recommendation 👍
@@RishkaPandy I love her videos as well, she has talked about her hoarding tendencies and thrift shopping and all the stuff she got when her mom died quite young, so it is not only stuff for the motel in their garage... but I think I read somewhere (her instagram or blog) that they just hired a dumpster... hopefully it will come a video soon... :)
You haven’t let anyone down sweetie! You are doing great juggling mommy/wife/working life and you will find it much easier once you do your second sweep of decluttering and once the garage sale stuff goes you will feel refreshed 🦄⭐️🦄⭐️🦄
You are doing a great job with the most used rooms in the house. It doesn't get horded overnight. It's so easy to get side tracked. Forgive and carry on 😍🤩✋😎🤗🤗🤗
I have the same issue with my garage. Its taking me a long time to go thru. This is what ive been doing with hubbys stuff. I'll grab maybe a couple of his items or a bin of items and ask him to go thru it or if he needs the item. That way its getting worked on, but it doesnt take much of his time and doesnt feel too overwheling for him
We plan a sale this June. The weather has not been accommodating! We are seniors doing “Swedish Death Cleaning” which is actually uplifting. We are very downsized but we are prepping for an eventual move, so any large heavy furniture must go. You can clear out again. Stuff just has to go! Too much, honey! Put it all in the sale, and then donate what does not sale. You can arrange for a pickup that day!
Please be proud of yourself to the nth degree. None of us are perfect and you are working on it. Progress not perfection girl!! Love the metal lunch boxes and I loved the Carebear and Fragle Rock one!
I know in the episode with the vintage pillow cases someone had suggested just taking pictures and getting rid of them. Don't let anyone convince you to get rid of beautiful vintage things that mean the world to you. I still have my playskool houses and the original people, light bright, spirograph art toy, an alf doll, an elvis bust head lamp......oh the things I will treasure even if I never use them.
For the playroom, garage and basement, maybe it'll help if you create zones with certain types of items in each zone? That's what I've been trying to do with my spaces and it's helped me immensely!
You are doing an awesome job! I love watching your videos! I agree maybe you should keep track of all the knew things that come into your house. Watching your videos made me think about how much I bring in my house daily. Keep it up!
You are doing sooo well!!! I can see the huge progress that you have accomplished so far and this is very impressive!! And once you have had your garage sale just think of all the room you will make to keep sorting!!! Chin up!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Congrats on all the cleared areas you maintained!!! ✨ And thank you for your *honesty* in showing the play room. I'm sure it wasn't easy to do. It's *very much appreciated* because that's the reality of dealing with hoarding issues 😐 You're so prolific with your videos while working AND caring for your family. LOTS to celebrate & be proud of 🎉 To add CARDS: Go to Creator Studio. Click on the dropdown arrow next to Edit. Select Cards. When the blue marker is where you want a card to pop up in your video -- click on Add Card. Then either click on the video you want or enter its URL.
I am wondering if you can either set up a Crafting area down in the basement or out in the garage? I am watching from the begining so I look forward to catching up and seeing what you have done :)
I think showing your weak spot was very brave. Well done! You didn't let anyone down. You are only defeated by it if you give up the effort to change it. Much much love!! Xxx
@@ahoardersheart if you are close to Kansas city or want to visit, I can use your energy and physical strength to clear out my hoard. I have the desire but not the power. I'm too embarrassed to ask for help. Too broke to pay for it. I may have to swallow my pride and let people see the mess. :(
I was rewatching this And I'll really be glad if after finishing the playroom or later in the month you'll do another video like this one (especially to see the laundry room haha I'm curious)
Honestly, with as crafty as you are, if you finish the laundry room declutter first, you’ll have a home to put all your papers, markers, etc. from all the other rooms! You’ll really have a handle on your crafts and know where to put the materials when you’re done!
I don’t think of myself as a hoarder. We have lived in the same house for 27years so by not moving we have accumulated a lot. Once we didn’t want it or need it anymore it went down into our crawl space. I have boxes of stuff I never knew what to do with. I don’t have bags like you. I’m trying to make my way through my house room by room. We live in a big farm house. Our girls are grown and gone. We have 2 grandsons. They have their own room here and a playroom. I’m posting items to sell on Facebook if it does not sell I put it in a box or bag and off to Goodwill it goes. My girls don’t want my stuff so why keep it?!?! Thank you for the inspiration to get going again.
Great progress!! The less stuff you have the more energy and time you will have to give to your son vs things. Great idea to keep a journal of things that come in. I'm going to try it.
Don’t give up now there is light at the end of the tunnel . Get all your stuff together and ready for your garage sale and when you put it outside it wii be a big weight off .Keep going we are all rooting for you . ❤️
You did really, really well! I think that your most used rooms already look 'normal'. Garage, laundry room etc. are areas of clutter for many people. It will take some time but step by step you will tackle everything! Keep up all the good work! Thank you for putting yourself out there, you are an inspiration for many people. ❤ Was just wondering about the guinea pigs, can they also run around when your kids play with them? Their cage seemed pretty small to me. 🙈
You don't need to apologize at all! You are doing an amazing job. I'm so inspired in my decluttering journey by all you have shared. You encourage me to go on even when it seems too big and hopeless. I can't thank you enough for being so REAL and sharing your real process of letting go of things. I'd just love to hug you and tell you from the bottom of my heart how much your videos have meant to me! Thank you!
I highly suggest getting the kids involved in the play room, and what they want to let go of can be moved down to the basement if you aren't ready for it. If they don't learn how to decultter and keep their spaces cleaned they might struggle with what you are struggling with.
And now I'm getting to birthday gift part of vid. It seems like physical gifts need to stop asap. She can do experiences instead. She can't handle stuff.
As for your living room/dining table area by the front door, you need to get a "landing zone" area there or in the kitchen for homework, mail, types of mail like shred, bills, and a spot maybe even for your keys/wallet/etc. Also, keep a "clutter bin" in each room so you can pick up a bin in one room, carry it effortlessly and put it back in it's home. The idea is to try to narrow down what you love/need to keep and finding a place for it.
You can be really proud of yourself! You are truly amazing. I just wanted to share a thought with you to help you with the gifts: What do you think your loved ones think when they see a present they gave to you one year ago, still being in the pakaging? Do you truly think they understand it is to keep it brand new and remember the moment they gave it to you? Or do they think they gave you something that you truly don't like, and that's why you don't use it and keep it hidden in a bag? Personally, I know that my loved ones love it when they know I use the presents they gave me, it reassures them and they always think "Yeah! I got it right, she loves it". But, if I were to keep it hidden in a bag, they would be disappointed, thinking they didn't got it right. With all my love !!!
The important thing is just to keep moving forward. Setbacks are normal...we are human. And I totally get how hard it is just keeping up with daily living when you work. The extra things get put on a back burner. I hope everything went well at the garage sale. I'm guessing that might be a video this week? Next week I have a few days off so hope to get something done in the master bedroom. Little by little.
Hi, I don’t know how the comments work and if you will see this but I have been binging your channel from the start and have just made it to this video. I wanted to suggest creating semi-regular “maintaining” videos to help you with those catch-all areas. It may help you to feel more accountable and work on building that particular skill. If you started doing videos like these later on then never mind and I look forward to watching them. Rooting for you x
If at first you don’t succeed try, try again. Guinea pigs are wonderful at calming you, don’t what it is but they do calm. My table is my gathering point too.. I can keep it clear for a few days then one gets left that turns into 2 into 4 etc etc. Don’t feel guilty that where stress begins. It took 20/30 years to learn your not going to break it over night. Just keep going you are my inspiration. No matter what you give a 😊 and a giggle. Bless you all
Girl....stop!!! Don't you apologize to anyone. You are doing super good. People have no idea what you are feeling and going through! You might slip a little...but you think about , regroup and try again. That is HUGH!! Listing things that come in the house is a genius idea. Could help us see a pattern. I was told,by a good friend, that when I didn't use their gift that it hurt their feelings....like I didn't like the gift.😯. You summed if up perfectly with.....I've always dreamed of..... You are such an inspiration. Keep doing what you are doing!
Get that yard sale stuff out of the basement and turn that space into your craft area..so when cleaning the laundry room you can bring all the craft things down and right to this area
Omg you totally got me excited with those lunch boxes. Ah childhood memories. Please please please do a small video on those lunch boxes. Perhaps letting us know how you came across them.
You did not disappoint anyone. Healing is not linear - there will be setbacks and that's okay. We are still cheering you on!

You may not be ready for it yet, but I want to suggest this again.
Your message made my heart so so happy!!! Thank you so so much ♥️♥️ I so appreciate your sweet message!!!
Thank you so so much 🥰 I just loved your message ♥️
Im loving your Heart it’s big and loving❤️
Sincerely
Debby/NS 🇨🇦
When your boys grow a bit older, they might want/need separate rooms. Playroom would be perfect for that☺ Life changes all the time..
I have lots of things I don't even remember. But when I find them, there is some weird sentimental urge to keep them. I try to get rid of things like that, and then I just try to forget the fact that I donated those things. By doing so it doesn't 'hurt' so much to let go😅 Basically I am just tricking myself, but I don't mind as long as it works😅😅
October 2021. I hope you review these. You have made tremendous progress. Tina
Godbless you and your family 🙏🙏🙏❤️💋
Love from England 🇬🇧
One more thing - the biggest thing I’ve noticed for keeping my own self organized (and my dreams of starting an organizing business) is that we never take full advantage of the vertical space our walls offer. Use shelves or wall cabinets and make sure everything is easily accessible! I can’t wait for you to tackle the basement and garage! So pumped for you on your progress! You’re doing so well!
Thank you so so much for your advice 💞 I appreciate it so much!!! I know you will be successful in your organizing business!!!!
Yes, that is very true, but with places not having been cleared out it's hard to get everything a designated spot
Thank you so much!!! The yard sale was this morning!! I wish I read this earlier!!!
They have plenty of energy anyway :)
You have a beautiful heart, a strong personality, a wonderful memory and many more, so you are so valuable. I hope you enjoy every moment of your life and stay healthy. Lots of love from Turkiye.
Omg I'm soooooo proud of you!!!! Seriously you're a real inspiration to me!
You did awesome 🙌 Also Guinipigs ALWAYS need access to hay! They need it so their tummy doesn’t hurt 😊
I absolutely love that idea!!! Actually doing a yard sale right now!! Thank you so so much 💞
Girl, to tell you the truth I was a little dissapointed when I saw the play room, but you know? When you showed us the rest of the house I really can say how much you have acomplished, you really got this, keep it going. Im sure your family see the difference and are super glad
Setbacks aside, you are still on the right track.
You acknowledged your problems and fears and are working on them. Maybe you could visualize one of your positive entries from your 30 day hoarder challenge in places that keep collecting clutter. Positive reinforcement instead of guilt😘
Wonderful idea!!! Thank you so so much ♥️ I will totally do that!!
You don't need to apologize to us, we know how far you've come and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is So very proud of you 😍
Maybe once a month do a video of one of the rooms you've already done, that way you can keep on top of stuff. Keep up the good work you are truly an inspiration xxx
May 2023. Your progress is amazing. Tina, Al's wife
Love hearing your thoughts as you go from room to room. Cheering you on! 👏👏👏
No need to apologise, you are doing so well, your house has changed a lot since you first started , keep going girl you got this❤
Been watching you for awhile keep your head up you got this!!!
Her videos were and are really helpful and they show, that decluttering is an ongoing process 😊
Great recommendation 👍
@@christinabo63 She was one of my first as well. She's great
@@RishkaPandy I love her videos as well, she has talked about her hoarding tendencies and thrift shopping and all the stuff she got when her mom died quite young, so it is not only stuff for the motel in their garage... but I think I read somewhere (her instagram or blog) that they just hired a dumpster... hopefully it will come a video soon... :)
I would kill to meet you and help you clean! Other than that I am proud of you for coming so far! Keep it up, baby steps.
Good job, darling!! You are doing a good job, step by step... you will get Your "Gran Finale"! Don't give up! Best wishes from Spain.
You r doing such an amazing job!!!! So proud of you! Don’t be so hard on yourself❤️❤️❤️
Forgive and carry on 😍🤩✋😎🤗🤗🤗
Love your message 💞 Thank you so so much 🥰♥️
You have done a fabulous job! Please don’t be so hard on yourself! I know that you have a lot of stuff for your yard Sale! Keep going !💕💕💕
Fragle Rock was my favourite show when I was a kid!
I love watching your videos.Your upfront and honest.
Awe, thank you so so much!!! I could learn so from you...minimalism is so fascinating and freeing to me 💞
For the playroom, garage and basement, maybe it'll help if you create zones with certain types of items in each zone? That's what I've been trying to do with my spaces and it's helped me immensely!
You are doing an awesome job! I love watching your videos! I agree maybe you should keep track of all the knew things that come into your house. Watching your videos made me think about how much I bring in my house daily. Keep it up!
Youre doing a great job! Just keep focusing on the positive and the motivation will follow!
Good idea to get your son to be involved in clearing off his desk!
I’m so very proud of you for keeping it up!lots of love to you friend!
It's ok!!! Your doing so good!!!! It will take time. You will get through it ♥️♥️♥️♥️
You are doing sooo well!!!
It's *very much appreciated* because that's the reality of dealing with hoarding issues 😐
You're so prolific with your videos while working AND caring for your family. LOTS to celebrate & be proud of 🎉

Xxx
Nice job on so many successes! Every room you have tackled is improved! Amazing how well you have done! Go you! You inspire me too! TFS❤️
Just watched your recent video on decluttering the laundry room - and wow! Where it is now vs where is was in this video is incredible!
Maintenance is hard! I hope you didn't beat yourself up too much. You did really great so far!
Great idea to do this. You have kept from putting more in the bathrooms and linen closet! Your bedroom closet looks fabulous.
Oh yayyyy, thank you so so much!!!!
@@ahoardersheart if you are close to Kansas city or want to visit, I can use your energy and physical strength to clear out my hoard. I have the desire but not the power. I'm too embarrassed to ask for help. Too broke to pay for it. I may have to swallow my pride and let people see the mess. :(
I was rewatching this
And I'll really be glad if after finishing the playroom or later in the month you'll do another video like this one (especially to see the laundry room haha I'm curious)
Honestly, with as crafty as you are, if you finish the laundry room declutter first, you’ll have a home to put all your papers, markers, etc. from all the other rooms! You’ll really have a handle on your crafts and know where to put the materials when you’re done!
Oh I am so excited for that!!! An organized craft area 💞 It will happen!!!
Was just wondering about the guinea pigs, can they also run around when your kids play with them? Their cage seemed pretty small to me. 🙈
You are doing amazing I need to start cleaning it's so hard to get motivated sometimes
Thank you!
Nice job keeping it up
I highly suggest getting the kids involved in the play room, and what they want to let go of can be moved down to the basement if you aren't ready for it. If they don't learn how to decultter and keep their spaces cleaned they might struggle with what you are struggling with.
I know your comment is old, but I agree. I'd give the kids a few tubs, tell them to keep what they want and the rest goes.
Recently read that Guinea pigs have to have a another guinea pig so I’m glad you have a pair💕✌️
Keep on keeping on congratulations 🎀
Wow great video. And i love how honest you are. You should have wayyyy moreeee subscribers 🌷❤❤
Awe, you are so so sweet!!! Thank you so so much 💞
You can be really proud of yourself!
You rock thanks for being real and helping others work on the same as you... we can do it together! Keep the videos coming, you're great!!! 🍀😁💚💛
Oh yayyyy!! Your messages make my heart so much 💜💗💜
Hi, I don’t know how the comments work and if you will see this but I have been binging your channel from the start and have just made it to this video.
Bless you all
I’m looking forward to you doing the the laundry room, the basement and now the garage!
I wish I lived closer so I could help you with the garage, laundry room and basement! I would love to have the various spaces you have! Keep going!👍👍🎉
I love, I catch up everything. And thank you for your message, (for my family passing away) great video. You're doing great!!!
Get that yard sale stuff out of the basement and turn that space into your craft area..so when cleaning the laundry room you can bring all the craft things down and right to this area
What about putting a little curtain on the cupboard instead of drawers?
Omg you totally got me excited with those lunch boxes. Ah childhood memories. Please please please do a small video on those lunch boxes. Perhaps letting us know how you came across them.
